I really like it, it is necessarily sweet, the consistency is intermediate, it is neither very fluid nor very pasty. It will help you for many recipes, as it is well versatility. The ingredients seemed good to me, as did the percentage of sugar it contains. You can store it both outside and inside the refrigerator, and the best thing is that if you keep it inside, it will not caramelize like it has happened with others. I recommend it, great taste.

Nothing special about the product as I have used it many times in the past. Usual nice yellow color and thickness. Mixed with the lemon juice and eggs very nicely.
