Not bad cushions inserts material is not the best quality but they will due hence only 3 stars but it was how they came this is not the seller but the company they used which was evri disgusting all open and cushions nearly out the packet

I have had these less than a week, at the moment they seem lovely cushions and are holding their shape one of my small dogs jumped on one and bounced off onto the floor she was fine just puzzled that had never happened with my last cushions. I am hoping they will keep their plumpness and shape. My problem was the delivery, that was terrible and complaining got me no where, at first they lied about trying to deliver I was standing at the door at the time they said but I have found out when they are near the end of their shift they just say had trouble delivering and make an excuse as to why. then when they did finally get here they delivered to the wrong door and had the cheek to say delivered to customer when they did no such thing it wasnt even my door in the picture wrong colour. When I complained all I got was I will pass this information on. So far the cushions are great I will edit in a few weeks if that changes but be careful of the delivery
