I need to print the results and/or save. The current software does not allow me to do this. How and when can I get the upgrade software?

The software will tell you when there is an update. New features coming all the time. For prints or save, you can use Print Screen to do a screen shot.

Can you print the results of the test

Use PrintScreen Button on keyboard and paste it into Word or Paint programs. The new version coming later this year will have a native print system.
