Truly effective

Product according to ingredients and Nutrition information is good. result is good i'm using it to myself , i got a crack and karr karr sound from knee but after some day's it's gone it's work fine .

Apppearence of Black spots
The tablets had appearnce of black spots all over every single tablet, tablet became easily breakable making it feel hard to swallow. It did not improve my health at all. Worst thing to buy, I guess I will never buy meds from here.
