I found it difficult to consume this. I did not like the flavour or texture. Some people might though, I'm not sure. It may be personal preference. There are other products like this and the 2 other brands I tried before were very similar - so if you've enjoyed others like this, there is a good chance you'll enjoy this one.

It taste like a supplement or vitamins how ever the experience of the optifast diet was good the milkshake is good and keeps satisfied from hanger for a long time i just had to replace the soup with home made soup or skip it completely in week 2

I’m a little bit torn on this one, the nutritional values are good for those who wish to cut back on their calories and increase protein intake. However, it is hard to swallow, you can taste that it’s artificial and I had to combine the meal with a few bread slices for it to be edible.
