Good price, solid support, non-slip.
I was looking for a solid, sturdy, set of wedge blocks for working out. These are just that. Very sturdy and versatile. I can use them for many different exercises or stretches. I have knee pain stemming from 28 years in the Navy, 20 of which I spent walking on metal ship decks and ladders. These instantly lessened or got rid of my knee pain while performing certain exercises like squats. They also allowed for more range of motion and better form. I like the ability to choose which angle to use. The ship gym is always cold and humid. My foot did not slip, even while damp. Definitely recommend buying a set to add in to your work out.

Work fine for me
They are a little smaller than I expected, but that's my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions even though they were clearly given in the pictures. I wear a men's size 13 (US), so only about half of my foot will fit on the wedge. I mainly use it to elevate my heel for back squats. It's solid enough that I don't feel any compression. I have not had any issues with them slipping either, but I am using them on rubber stall mats. Your results might be different on other flooring.

Great squating option
My biggest concern for these before they showed up was the grip factor. It would be terrible to be under weight and have your feet sliding. They did not disappoint. These lifts are sturdy, they grip the ground and the shoe just perfectly. My range of motion is great and having the two options for lift height is also great. If you use the single option, you end up having two sets to use which is a great surprise.

Great squat wedges for lifting
I’ve been using these squad wedges for 3 years and they have been great. I’m a heavy lifter and these have been my go-to option for front squats and other similar exercises. Portable and versatile!

Quite something, help a lot with my squat
I have knee issue and sometimes it does hurt when i do squat. These wedges solve all the problems and I can get more depth now, feels great. I don’t know what they are made of, maybe rubber or something, but these ramps are nonslip and pretty supportive, that matters, safety first. Three different heights, for me, 3 inches is the best. Keep them under my desk, easy to store.

Great Product
Heavy and sturdy wedges I needed to rehab my knee. Allows me to squat deeper to move past a plateau. It’s great to have two heights to mix things up. Expensive but worth it. Much better than foam alternatives

I lost a lot of ankle mobility after a bad ankle injury a few years ago. My physiotherapist recommended I use a wedge to offset my limitations so I could squat again. I chose this product and I couldn't be happier. It's rubber, light and yet solid. No wobbling when I've got the weight up. And because it has two pieces per foot, you can choose for a 3, 2 or 1 inch incline. It also has "teeth" to connect them so when you go for the full 3 inch height, it stays solid.

With a new diagnosis of hip arthritis (despite being less than 50yrs old) I was/am determined not to let that stop me being mobile and active. Seeing as full range squats are one of the best ways to strengthen the whole lower body I wanted to make them part of my long term fitness plan. After considerable research I worked out the difficulty I have in doing squats was more due to ankle mobility issues than hip issues. Why wait weeks or months for various ankle mobility exercises work enough to allow deep squats when I can do them with elevated heels until I don't need that anymore. I did more research on various options from cheaper foam wedges on Amazon to rubber tire wedges and as much as I hated to admit it, this set of adjustable rubber wedges at almost AUD$100 was probably the best all round option when you considered adjustable angles and firmness of the wedge. While I still think almost $100 is a VERY steep price, I could really find a cheaper option as good. Plus I'd rather invest in something that works well than spend/waste $30 and regret it later and never use the cheaper foam wedges. The wedges themselves are a lot heavier and more solid than I was expecting. They allow you to train at 3 different angles, they are really good at what they are for. I've only used them for high rep body weight squats so far (yes I used to skip leg day quite often) but there will be no issues using these with a lot of weight. The are a very solid piece of rubber.

Really solid; the wedges do not compress under foot. They interlock securely; don't slip at all. Not particularly heavy, given how solid they are, so are easy to carry. Yes, expensive, but currently the options that are half the price are made of polystyrene foam (the profit margin on those beggars belief!). Given the cheaper ones are made of foam, I think these are worth the premium; they will last a lifetime. For those interested, I calculated the angles from the dimensions: smallest = 10 degrees, medium = 15 degrees, stacked = 24 degrees.
