NANFANG BROTHERS 9-Piece Japanese Damascus Kitchen Knife Set with Block

Wow. I’m a hard sell and usually don’t waste time writing reviews unless I’m totally impressed or unbelievably disappointed with a product. I started cooking when I was ten years old. I learned how to properly sharpen and hone a knife before I reached puberty. This is absolutely the most functionally amazing knife set I’ve used. Ever. Razor sharp when I received them and I’ve been using them regularly and haven’t needed to sharpen them in about two weeks. If you’re used to the crap they try to pawn off as “quality” in the big-box stores locally, do yourself a favor and look for a flash sale, invest the cost and I’d have to say that I’d guarantee that there is not a chance that you’ll feel any disappointment in these knives. Also, they are just freakin beautiful! I felt not one shred of buyers remorse in purchasing these knives when I opened the box and when I used them, and that’s pretty rare for me. I have high standards in the kitchen and these knives did not disappoint at all. 100% ecstatic with this purchase!

Ive ordered 2 sets in 2 years. First set was a gift for my parents, and after a year of use still razor sharp, 2ed set was for me im a fan of the folded steal look and preticular when it comes to knifes that meet high-end quality and affordable. Definitely recommend to friends and family

These are great knives. I've had much more expensive knives that weren't as good. I love mine and just bought the same set as a gift for someone else.

Love my new knives, but the block they come in does not allow you to leave upright on the counter as it is too tall and has to be pulled out from under the upper cabinet's on order to get a knife.

These knives are beautiful and sharp. Excellent grip and easy to work with. A chef's dream! Wasn't a fan of the block it came with though, so bought a different one to go with it. I wish this company made steak knives to go with this set

These knives didn't disappoint. Razor-sharp and a joy to use. I didn't need a multi-piece set of knives that would take over my counter space and cost a fortune. I wanted something compact, with just the key knives that would be easy to grab and then store. This is it. Knives are well-weighted, size options are ideal for everyday food prep and they slice through items with little to no effort. The block is low, angled for easy access, and tucks in nicely beneath my cabinets.

We have used every knife in the set several times with different ingredients and they are all fantastic. The cut quickly and smoothly with little pressure. You need to be careful if your current knives are mediocre because I almost cut myself a few times because these slice so quickly. Only item I don't love are the scissors. They are a little oddly shaped and maybe too fancy for what scissors really need to be. Highly recommend the set.
