I diligently incorporated the recommended dosage into my routine, patiently awaiting the promised benefits. I even went as far as imagining my gut flora doing a little happy dance in celebration. But alas, as the days turned into weeks, I couldn't help but feel like I was waiting for a magic show that never quite began. I scrutinized my digestion like a detective searching for clues, but there were no significant changes to report.
