Copic Markers C0-Various Sketch, Cool Gray

I own the full set of Copic Sketch Markers (Christmas gift from a wonderful husband!) At first glance, I thought that though I loved the markers, the price was pretty high. It has been since I started buying refills for the markers that I realized just how cost effective they become over time. C0 is a very light, very cool color. I use it as an undertone on many of my adult coloring book projects as well as on my own needlework design sketches. I use the drip method of refilling as it merely takes a steady hand rather than buying special tools and potentially damaging one of the nibs on the marker while taking it out or putting it back in. It generally takes anywhere from 40 to 60 “drips” to refill the marker. All you do is slowly drip from the refill cartridge onto the side of the chisel point of the marker. I take off both caps and hold the marker with the brush side facing downward. That way I can keep a steady pace and still make sure I don't overfill the marker to the point of it dripping out the bottom brush end. There are also tutorials on the internet which are easy to search and find to visually see how to refill using this method. Once I have finished refilling the marker, I close both ends and let the marker rest sideways for a few minutes while the ink saturates evenly through the marker and both nibs.
