Facile a installer et utiliser. Vraiment ideal pour le rangement interieur. Aucun regret.

The assembly was a little bit tedious, and yes, 2 persons are needed for the job. Step 1 was tedious because the spanner could only turn the screws a little bit each time. Step 2 - joining the vertical supports to the base was slightly confusing until we figured out that we needed to lift the base. Step 3 - not included ! Step 4 - had to be a little bit more careful not to damage the computer sensor wiring of the handle bar when attaching it to the vertical supports. In general, instructions were clear, and tools and screws are provided. The base was already oiled for me, so I did not need to do that step again. The moving belt responds to my walking motion, and I can stop anytime, but beware, sudden stop is not safe, as you can lose your balance. Big strides also not so suitable because the feet can hit the end of the belt behind you. I think I need to adjust my walking pace and stride length in order to use this equipment safely and efficiently. I think I will do a gentle short walking session for the time being. Quite happy with my purchase.

Tenia mis dudas si comprar esta caminadora o una electrica (Seria mi primer caminadora en casa). Por el precio compre esta caminadora y me encanto. Caracteristicas: (Ya con bastante tiempo de uso) 1.- Los materiales se ven resistentes. 2.- Facil de armar y no ocupa mucho espacio. (Tambien se puede doblar para almacenar) 3.- El aparato para medir la distancia, calorias, velocidad, etc. Es muy simple y fragil, pero cumple la funcion. 4.- Tiene lugar para descansar del ejercicio y para apoyarse con las manos. 5.- No tiene lugar para poner una botella de agua u otro accesorio. 6.- No es muy ruidosa. 7.- La banda es de buena calidad y se puede ajustar (la dureza) nivel de resistencia, aunque es un poco dificil aprender a ajustarla. 8.- El unico mantenimiento que requiere es aceitarla (El aceite viene incluido) y es facil de aplicar. Posibles puntos a tomar en cuenta a la hora de comprarla. 1.- No es electrica, asi que uno tiene que ajustar el nivel de resistencia de la banda. Al principio me resulto un poco complicado ajustarla, pero le aprendes el truco y una vez que la dejas lista ya no tienes que hacer a nada. 2.- La caminadora tiene una inclinacion que puede hacer dificil su uso las primeras veces. (No es plana y no se puede cambiar ese ajuste) Lo Bueno de esa inclinacion es que en realidad estas haciendo mayor y mejor ejercicio. Pero quizas no todas las personas puedan dominarla (Por problemas de rodillas por ejemplo) 3.- (No lo he intentado) No creo que este hecha para trotar o correr en ella. Pero la simple caminata normal es mas que suficiente para hacer un buen ejercicio.

I was looking for a smaller treadmill and considered buying a "walking" treadmill that are popular now for people to use at their desks. That wasn't my situation. I had a small space for a treadmill in my spare bedroom. This Sunny treadmill is great. I like that it is manual (no need to plug in or use close to a wall). That feature actually gives a better workout, as you have to use your own effort to get/keep the treadmill moving. In fact, it took me a while to increase my time as it took much more effort than simply walking. Because there is no motor, the treadmill tilts downward at a pretty steep angle (for a 77 year old), so I put a couple of tins of tuna at the end of the back supports; this reduced the angle and did not diminish its operation. It was easy to assemble, with the step by step directions, although I did not bother attaching the speedometer, as my interest was merely walking without all the statistics. This is great value for this price (~$200), and I encourage anyone (particularly seniors who live in cold/icy winter climates) who wants an in-door option for exercise/walking, to consider this product.

Love the non-electric nature of the treadmill. Just wish the incline angle were adjustable. I was hoping for something I could hop on and off casually, or walk for an hour at a slower pace just to get steps in. The minimum pace I have to maintain without sliding back is 3-4kph, and that’s holding on to the bar. Without holding on, it’s closer to 6.5kph. I can’t recommend it as an entry point to a super casual workout, but for people who don’t mind the lack of warmup or cooldown, it’s grand.
