Literally the best toilet bowl cleaner for hard water! We have a well and I tried everything at Home Depot. Tip. I plunge my toilets, coat the toilet with the zep and let it sit for at least 15 minutes, I’ve even waited 30 minutes. Time on the bottle says 5 but you need more for calcium build up. Anyhow, after 15-30, I scrub and my toilets are clean. I find I don’t need to use the pumice stone as often with zep.

This really worked. I'd been trying to get these hard water stains off my toilet and tub for years. I'd tried everything except acid, and this really worked great. I used a pumice scrubber, and my toilet looks like new again. It got most of the stains off my tub, just not quite as well, but the tub is almost 50 years old and the porcelain(?) alot more worn. No smell, so a true high % acid might work better, but the fumes off that stuff are terrible. Very easy, no mess or waste. 5 minutes or so.
