I brought this after reading other positive reviews, they weren't wrong. I spent some time before starting it checking out how it opened and checked out attachments etc before it got dirty. I liked the all in one tool but think most manufacturers now do something similar. One minor issue is that you cannot 360' it like some but can normally get around this by shortening the adjustable length hose. Note down the serial number on the bottom before using it too...read the instructions to be clear about the number as its not immediately clear. When it came to starting it the first time I thought well here is the moment of truth. I was not disappointed as immediately I felt good suction I started to see everything just disappear...I had not cleaned certain parts of my house for a very long time because of renovation works. It had no trouble sucking up months of dust. It is lightweight and this is a great plus when moving around with it particularly when doing stairs. It's very easy to change things...note I didn't use the on board storage device as I didn't want the extra weight on the wand...would rather have them in a bag nearby. I found it good on hard floors and carpet and it's easy to empty although still getting used to putting the cannister back onto the machine I'm sure I'll get used to it. One thing I would say is the main dust cannister does have a feel of not being hugely robust so you'll need to be careful when emptying it... I doubt it's much different to others these days as manufacturers seek to cut costs. I brought mine for only £60 and at this price point you cannot go wrong, especially as you get a 2nd year's warranty if you register it in time, so all things considered its great value for money and performs brilliantly. As its guaranteed for 2 years I know that I will get at least that for very little money so it gets a big thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very happy with this vacuum cleaner since I have been using it over the last year. I previously had a Dyson which we found very heavy to carry around particularly upstairs. Now, even my teenagers bring the vacuum up to their rooms! All all in all great vacuum with good suction easy to clean the filters and empty. I won’t be going back to Dyson.

Really good for the price. Light and portable It has good suction and cleans carpet well. It's easy to maintain, clean and empty. You get several heads and a flexible hose which it good for the stairs. My only gripe is that it fills up quickly, but that could mean that suction is good or I have an really dirty carpet, but if you do have a big house it could be problematic. Overall happy with purchase.

I’ve used it once and love it! It made hoovering so much easier than my old one. It would suit a smaller house or studio apartment, as it’s quite small and lightweight. But it’s still really powerful and managed to pick up all the dust and plaster embedded into my carpets from renovating/decorating. Would highly recommend.

It’s such a wonderful little machine l feel as though I should be awarding 100 Stars . I have used it twice and I am delighted. I can’t believe that I had so much for so little £49 . I am a pensioner and I like to do things myself. I always worry about removing things just in case I break it , but it was easy peasy , Russell Hobbs is a brand that you can trust . If there is anyone like me 78 , who likes things spick and span , and doesn’t like carrying really heavy pieces of equipment that you need to keep the house clean , we have a Cat and he has long fur . I have to say it again it’s fabulous. Well worth the money 😊

Fairly hard wearing and hoovers with nice suction power. Cord should be longer tho

Hoovers not bad but id bought the hoover specifically for the pet hair attachment and thats stopped working after the 3rd time using it.

The best hoover. I've bought as gifts. Suction power is amazong and the brush cleans the carpet brilliant. Really cannot recommend enough for the price. Far superior to my Dyson. Only negative the lead is short. Hoover is compact and light. Be sure to follow the cleaning instructions and mind the filter

The produce was supplied to me in Australia with a UK power plug, as a result it can't ne used without an adaptor. I an returning the plug.
