The CRO1000 has been a game-changer for my home water filtration setup! This commercial quality R.O. water system is just as advertised. It provides us pure chemical free water without all the additives that are put in today’s water that is provided to your home or business. It was as easy as anything to install and requires little to nothing in maintenance. The only maintenance required is changing the filters as recommended according to their guidelines. Even replacing the filters could not be much simpler. Another bonus that comes along with this water filtration system is the tech. Support. We had a couple of questions which required contacting iSpring tech. support. We called the company and were completely surprised that we were able to speak with someone that speaks English and is located in the United States. Our call put us in touch with John and he could not have been more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this product and company and praise John for his complete knowledge and understanding of their products and helping us when we had some questions.

The filter works great! We have a lot of sediment, salt, and iron in our well water but the filters completely clean the water and you can't taste anything bad in the water anymore. Sean at customer service was a huge help when we needed it! It was pretty easy to set up and the water pressure is good so far.

I would highly recommend any and all ISpring water treatment products. I have many of their products and they have all worked great and have solid construction. I used this CRO1000 system as part of a custom point of entry RO install project on a 4 story beach house with 5 bedrooms, 7 1/2 baths, and a 5000 gallon pool. I also used Isprings whole home UV light filter, pre-sediment filter, RO booster pump, and a Rockwell 250gallon holding tank, a well pump, and other misc parts. All in cost was around $3.5-4k. Now the entire house runs on RO water which not only tastes great and is far better for your long term health, it protects all of the homes appliances/plumbing from degradation, stops build up of scum in showers and toilets, and now acts as an emergency water reservoir that can be used even when the power is out. Having perfect drinking water from every outlet in the house is super convenient as well. A few months post install I had what seems to be a premature failure of the UV LIGHT BULB and O-Ring seal on the regulating valve. luckily NICK from customer support responded to me right away and was able to cover the issue under warranty and send out new parts immediately!

Most impressed with this system! I am not using the system as suggested. However, the results this system has produced have been surprisingly successful! I have taken well water with a TDS of near 1700ppm down to approximately 300ppm. The system has accomplished this with an incoming PSI around 45-50. I have not calculated the rate of production of clean water at this PSI. It is a constant flow comparable to what an under the sink RO flow rate would be filling a glass. If I trusted the plumbing feeding the RO I would crank it up but the CRO1000 is producing a good amount of filtered water at a PSI well under what it calls for. Customer service from iSpring or 123filter.com have been extremely nice and helpful with my application. Nick specifically helped me the most and had no problem assisting me with my application. 10/10 would recommend this product and company to anyone that has issues with their water!

I purchased the system to supply potable water to my residential kitchen ice maker, refer and pot filler. Our softening system left a large amount of Sodium ions in the water. It is crystal clear and tasteless in the kitchen now. This system is plumbed with 3/8 tubing, so it does not have adequate flow without a booster pump- unless you have really high domestic pressure on your well tank. I decided to opt for an alkaline post-filter to correct the pH and had a problem with the last filter leaking. After speaking with Julius in Customer Service, A new filter was sent and all seems to be working beautifully. I am very happy with the install. The filter assembly is designed to rest on the floor with casters, but was easily adapted to a wall-shelf with anchors at the top. Pressure/flow is low due to the tight R/O membrane. If you want consistent flow, be sure to get an accumulator tank. 5 Gallon works great!

I’ve had this system for over a year now. Its services three fresh water faucets, two fridges, and a commercial ice maker. It does work for the fresh water in all but lacks pressure to operate more than one thing at a time. From the starting I have never had good pressure coming from the system so I reached out to customer service. They recommended the pressure booster that goes with there system. A bit pricey but I want the system to perform. Hooked up everything but no change to pressure. I have just accepted the system for a few months but had to revisit and called customer service again. Explained what had gone on and that I don’t believe that the pressure booster has ever worked. They were very understanding and said they would send a new unit out. Just hope it boosts the pressure and can use more than one thing at a time. The customer service was great. We will see when the new one shows up.

This system is perfect if you are looking for something a little heavier duty than most but still at a good price. I love the simple and relatively cheap filters that are easy to change. I use a ton of a water in my business and this is the perfect system for me. I use between 400-1000 gallons per day and this is perfect. Nick was awesome as well and goes above and beyond whenever I have questions. This is my third iSpring system I have used for my business and they are all great. Although this one is the best. I just wanted to update since it’s been over two years since we purchased this. Any time we’ve had even a small issue or question, the company (Nick in particular) could not be more helpful. Even after the warranty was up, they’ve still helped with any little thing. Cannot recommend this product and this company enough.
