I recently purchased Lux soap, a well-known brand in Southern Africa, and I must say, I have always liked Lux. Firstly, the cost-effectiveness of buying Lux soap in bulk is you get a very good deal. At the time of purchase it worked out for me at 80 pence a bar, when I compare what 80 pence will get you soap wise in a supermarket there is no comparison. I understand that they are smaller bars than you might get at the supermarket (80 grams as opposed to the 120 grams), but the Lux quality is far superior to most soap brands, even the ones you will be paying £2 to £3 pounds for. Despite being affordable, the quality of the soap is top-notch. The rose scent is pleasant and not overpowering and last throughout the bar. So even at the very end of its life it still has a fragrance, which is not always the case with soaps. One of the standout features of Lux soap is how well it lathers, even in an area with hard water and high limescale content. This is a significant plus, as many soaps struggle to perform under such conditions. Lux soap, however, produces a rich, creamy lather that leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. Overall, I am very happy with this bulk buy of Lux soap and would definitely buy it again. It offers great value for money, a lovely fragrance, and excellent performance, even in challenging water conditions.

I haven't used this brand for years. The bars are a good size with a light gentle scent. They lather well and don't go mushy in the soap dish. Will definitely order again.

I used lux soap since I was young loved it but was disappointed when it left the shops so glad to be able to get it again thanks to Amazon it's a lovely soap with a great lather and smell

Lovely soap , makes my skin feel soft and even with frequent washing of hands it does not dry my skin out. Wish they did a liquid hand soap.

Die Lux Pink Soft Seifenstücke haben mich wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Auspacken fällt der angenehme, leicht blumige Duft auf, der weder künstlich noch aufdringlich wirkt. Beim Waschen schäumt die Seife gut auf und hinterlässt ein sehr weiches, gepflegtes Hautgefühl, ohne auszutrocknen – etwas, das bei festen Seifen nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die 80‑g‑Größe liegt gut in der Hand und nutzt sich gleichmäßig ab, ohne schnell brüchig zu werden. Auch im Badezimmer verbreitet die Seife einen dezenten, frischen Duft, was ich persönlich sehr angenehm finde. Das 6er‑Pack ist praktisch und preislich absolut in Ordnung, vor allem wenn man gerne feste Seife nutzt oder Vorrat im Haus haben möchte. Insgesamt eine hochwertige, angenehm duftende Seife, die sich sowohl für die tägliche Handwäsche als auch für den Körper eignet. Für alle, die einen sanften Duft und ein weiches Hautgefühl mögen, ist diese Lux‑Variante definitiv empfehlenswert.
