I love this mix and use it daily for my breakfast, can be surprisingly difficult to find such a mix in supermarkets and stores. Its convenient, fair value for money for the amount you get (given that it contains a diverse range of organic ingredients that tend to be expensive on their own; cacao, hemp seeds, goji berries). It provides a valuable amount of nutrition which is particularly useful for a vegan diet such as mine and I also love the taste/variety of the blend. I have purchased 6 times (each 600g pack lasts approx a month for me though I tend to alter serving size with activity levels/daily energy etc, I have roughly 1 and a half table spoons in yogurt and add in a little extra cacao powder). The quality has been consistently good.

An excellent mix. I love the variable taste and have it in my kefir every morning. The protein boost is what it is all about. I am a vegetarian, and the extra protein is great. But it would suit anyone who enjoys nuts and seeds in their yoghurt/kefir. I have used this for about a year now and eat about 10g per day. But anyone would benefit from this excellent product. Seniors would benefit from the extra protein. Many people do not realise that their protein requirements go up after age 60. So a few grams extra at breakfast is especially welcome. But you can add this to lots of different dishes. I have put it in bread, pizza dough, salads and roasted vegetables. The nuts and seeds are all quite small. So they do not overpower other dishes. They are complementary and add a variable texture. All in all, a great health benefit and an enjoyable supplement to many dishes.

This is a good mixture, but rather heavy on the chai seeds. The packet is well filled and lasts well, but I would have given five stars if there weren't so many annoying chai seeds to cling to everything ! Expensive but good ,healthy diet addition.

Tasty and easy to add to morning cereal. Hope it gives me an immunity boost.
