Terminal slots make for easy wiring, and this thing performs great!
This is UL listed, which was a requirement for me to put it in my house wall. Compared to others I've done, this one was VERY easy to install due to the terminal slots. Most others have the screw, or a wire. With the former, you can only put ONE wire into a screw terminal, or at least that is all you are supposed to do. The wires must be installed using either a wire nut or a wire connector. When there are 2-3 of each color wire going to your old outlet, it winds up being big pain to install the outlet correctly, meaning you need wire connectors or Wagos with between 3 and 5 connectors, which makes fitting it all back into the wall a strange dance. With this outlet, up to 2 white or black wires can just go right into the slots in the back, which made the install in my outlet in a series (2 white/black, in and out) much easier to do!Performance seems to be pretty good, charging my Steam Deck at full speed! Maybe I'd prefer a 2x C outlet, but the A and the C works great for my needs, too!

Great for Apple Products!
Works great with our iPhones and iPads. Charge time seems to be equal to or possibly a little faster than the supplied chargers even when both USB outlets are being used.Very good build quality. The connections are identical to a normal A/C outlet so it's very easy to install. As others have mentioned it does take up a little more space inside the electrical box. I had to scrunch the wiring a little bit to get it to fit flush, but in the end it was fine and looks good. Also as others have noted it does not come with a switch plate. So if you have the older "two-hole" outlets you'll need to buy a standard rectangular switch plate like this one: Lutron CW-1-WH 1-Gang Claro Wall Plate (1 Pack), White I purchased a couple of these Anker Lightening cables to go with it. They fit snugly and work great. Anker PowerLine Lightning Cable (3ft) Apple MFi Certified Lightning Cable / Charger Cord, for iPhone 7/7 Plus 6/6s Plus 5/5s/5c, iPad mini/Air/Pro iPod touch (White) I'll report back if something goes south, but I expect to be using the Topgreener Smart In-Wall Outlet for a long time.

Great
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, works well, fair spacing between plug holes to allow utilizing all outlets for multiple devices simultaneously.

Recommended with a couple of considerations
I originally purchased 3 of these to fit in my garage where I have a workbench. I wanted to have sufficient USB ports for charging small devices without having to utilize charging blocks etc. The items arrived promptly and were easy to install. I liked them enough to then buy 3 more - 1 for each bedroom where we charge mobile devices. Note: the maximum Amps per USB port is 2.4A (i.e. 4.8A in total across the two USB ports) and not 4.8A hence you may not be able to power Raspberry Pi 3 etc devices (I have not tried this yet).Using a DROK digital USB multimeter I was able to see the USB port providing just over 2 Amps to an iPad Air (which matches the 2.1 Amp maximum Apple allows) and closer to 1 Amp for an iPhone 6 which is also correct.A few points to be aware of:1) the outlet is fairly deep so depending on how much space you have in your receptacle it could be a bit of a tight fit and you may need to spend a few minutes gently pushing the wires back into the receptacle, or replace the receptacle with a deeper one.2) If your existing outlet you plan to replace has a wall switch that controls one/both of the sockets then you will have an additional 1 or 2 red wires connected to your existing outlet. If you wish to retain the wall switch functionality then you will NOT be able to use this TopGreener outlet as the two sockets on this outlet are not separately powered. You may decide to put a wingnut on the red wire and no longer utilize the wall switch, and instead have the outlet always live.3) The outlets do not come with a wall/face plate. While some people have complained, this actually makes sense since wall plates come in different sizes and you probably want to match the ones in your existing house. Hence a quick trip to a DIY store or on Amazon and you can get matching wall plates.Overall I recommend this product, although you may wish to check a couple of things before you buy:a) what devices are you charging - some of the latest non-Apple phones have quick charge functionality that will not work on these USB outletsb) what existing wires do you have connected in the outlet you wish to replace - if there are red wires then think about the above mentioned limitation.c) It is fairly pricey at just over $20, however there is a convenience factor to having them.

Cleans up desk
LOVE these, can't install enough of them! No more hunting charging blocs, just plug the cord only into the wall outlet.

USB ports stopped working after about a year
The outlet is easy to install and worked fine for about a year. Then the usb ports stopped working. The "regular" receptacles still work.. but you can get that for 1/4th the money....I reached out to the manufacturer a few days ago but haven't heard back, I thought I leave a review so others are aware

Works Fantastic
Bought this in 2019 (wow has the price gone up!) because we had gremlins constantly stealing charging blocks. It was non stop and annoying as he_ _!! No idea what the kids... errr gremlins where doing with them. Anyway, figured this would solve that issue and maybe just maybe, slow down the disappearing charging cable issue as well. Installation was straight forward, be aware that these are a little wider than the one you'll be removing. Also be aware that you won't be able to use a large block type plug. If you do, it will block the USB plug. To remedy that, I bought a short 1' extension cord, problem solved. It's been almost 2 years and its been working great. The disappearing charging cable issue has slowed considerably also. Who knew??

This is a 2 pack!
I chose these because of the three ports. I thought they were expensive but purchased anyway. It should not have been a surprise as the package contained 2 units. So I had ordered two and ended up with 4. I did not see any where in the description that it was a two pack.

Very good quality.
This outlet has 2 excellent high speed (high power) USB ports. I was replacing a burned out cheaper outlet that had USB, and this one is MUCH better. It was a little harder to install in the outlet box because this receptacle is deeper. I will buy again.

Works as expected
While simple to install from a technical point a crowded box require some effort to make enough room. A box with a single feed is much easier. On a Samsung tablet it charges at about 1.6A, the same as the Samsung charger. This would be a device limit rather than the outlet's. Some devices may have a quick charge setting but I wasn't able to test that to see if the outlet amperage would increase.

works but was tough to install
I'm using this outlet in our kitchen island, and the device is pretty big depth wise and was forced into the outlet box. I did know this going in as per other reviews posted on this product. Make sure your box if big enough to house the device. Otherwise product works as described.
