I own and have gifted MANY Falcon Series knives. Excellent!!
Tuo makes very good knives. The Falcon Series is used and well rated by many pro chefs. I own 7 different ones, and they are excellent! I keep them razor sharp, and hand wash only. I have given many as gifts as well, and the recipients love them! These are by far my favorites, and outperform more expensive German knives that I also have. They hold their sharpness longer! I use an electric 3 stage sharpener and stropper for all of my kitchen knives, and they are treated the same. Each serves a different purpose. The newer Falcon S Series are cheaper and should not be compared to the original Falcon Series. The difference is in the steel.

Good and sharp.
Nice and sharp out of box. Matched our existing tuo knife set. In my opinion the blade should be more flexible but worked. If i didn't want to match existing kitchen knives i would by something else. Can't beat the price.

Best quality knife with an amazing case
Great knife!!!! For the price, I couldn’t believe the quality I got. It comes in an amazing case and it is super sharp. It’s been great for trimming a lot of meat.

Filet away
Knife is of good quality. Wish it had a sleeve to store in but I just keep in box to avoid any accidents. Works easily and skinning or cleaning meat. I got this thing at half off, but even at its full price is worth purchase. Grip is comfortable which makes handling nice as well as confident in use. Easy to recommend purchasing.
