I received the product. I clicked the “on” button and it shows “90”. Then I clicked the “start” button and there is not red light at all. Basically, the device turned off. Then I have charged it which must be over 4hours. The charger light is green and flashing red. It never turns pure green. Afterwards, I clicked the “on” button and it shows “90”. Then I clicked the “start” button and there is not red light at all again and “90” disappeared. Basically, the device turned off. I am so disappointed now by paying $346.5 including extra priority shipping fee. I thought would be product with good quality control. Can you send me a new one which is working for free? This one is not working. Or can you do the full refund? What can I do now? Thanks!

Does nothing. Used as instructions stated twice, on two occasions and was useless. Don’t waste your money, just take the medication.

I really didn't have $300 to blow, but I figured it would be worth the sacrifice if it worked. I had a big, red cold sore for about 5 days already when I received this tool. I used it twice in the first day and there was already improvement. I don't know if it was a placebo effect, or reality, but it seemed like it lessened the discomfort immediately. It reduced inflammation within the first few hours. Since it seemed to help with inflammation, specifically, I decided to try it on a couple of pimples, a psoriasis patch, and a canker sore. My menstrual cycle triggers all of my skin issues to flare, so I deal with all of these pains at once. It has helped with EVERYTHING! The canker sore is completely gone now. The cold sore and other irritations aren't completely gone, but it's two days after I started treating with the luminance red, and nothing is inflamed like it was. I'm going to try it on a couple of old, cystic acne scars for the heck of it too. Maybe it'll work!
