The item didn’t work! Once plugged into socket it blew up and both the bulb broken. It didn’t come with a Uk plug so had to buy it myself. However was really disappointed as it wasn’t cheap item

Box was battered when it arrived. Four of the spouts were broken. Will have to superglue them back on. Took ages for delivery and has an American plug and I’m English so will need an adapter. Not too happy shall we say !

This product was not compatible for UK plus. I used an adapter and then zi heard a pop and fountain ceased working. It could have been described better. Otherwise good looking fountain.

On arrival the parcel was basically open with breakages in the actual product box. The main bowl had a crack right down the middle and several of the cups handles were broken so couldn't hook onto the device. Natural product itself was very flimsy and cheap definitely not worth 60 plus pounds. This was a main present for somebody's birthday I am really disappointed a waste of money and time. Not worth it.

I got one as a birthday present and it was faulty, never thought much of it so just ordered a second. Thus also does not work, the motor is not strong enough to push the liquid up. Very upset and disappointed.

This was bought as the centre piece for my girlfriend’s birthday party but after receiving it discovered it needed a US to UK adapter which I purchased from Amazon as well , so 2 bottles of grey goose ( £84 ) were poured into the bottom bowl as per instructions , we switched it on expecting colour & cocktails only to have our electrics blown. The house was in darkness till we got to the fuse box & turned the electricity back on , tried it again but it didn’t work ……. I’m returning the product with a refund but no compensation for the grey goose or spoiling what should have been a great night

Set it up, plugged it in, turned it on, the unit sputtered and died. No use.

I am having a patty with my friends when they saw this amazing and new addition at my table every one is really enjoy & like it !

What a unique gift idea and I was so glad to buy it for someone who loves party planning. It's definitely good for that wow factor. It is more on the pricey side though.

This 3-tier lighted drink fountain was the hit of my martini party! I filled it with chocolate martinis and it was not only fun for guests, but also made such a beautiful decoration and centerpiece. Everyone kept talking about it all night. It was very easy to set up, worked perfectly with no issues at all, and cleanup was surprisingly simple afterward. I can already tell I’ll be using this for many parties and events in the future. Highly recommend if you want something fun, unique, and eye-catching for entertaining!

In the excitement of wanting this item which I have not been able to find in Australia, I didn't realise it wouldn't plug into Australian PowerPoint. I have ordered an adapter which cost around $30AU so hopefully it will work. Item arrived just as pictured so looking forward to using it. UPDATE- when I plugged it in using the AU adaptor the fountain made a bang and smelt of smoke and the power went off in the house. Therefore, I would not recommend buying this item if you live in Australia.
