Do they work on thin hair

I’d say yes. My hair is pretty thin, and the clips hold it well. There are also “bobby pin” styles, although much more decorative than plain bobby pins, that stay in my hair very well.

are the ends of the clips covered? I'm wanting to use to hold hair in place in a bun on my head, would these work?
