arrived without scoop - how much is a scoop? 1/2 tsp/ a 1/8tsp? Thanks

An 1/8 tsp is way too much! I did 2 healthy pinches of plaque off and filled the scoop. Note the size of your dog determines how many scoops to use. I'll bet you can get a scoop shipped quickly if you call the company. Good luck!

Can a paste be made with this for brushing dogs teeth?

I wouldn't think so. As I understand it, the product works systemically after being ingested, altering the way plaque adheres to teeth. Making a paste would provide grit perhaps, but if wouldn't help unless your dog swallowed it, which might happen.

Does this help remove tarter and plaque?

It helped significantly reduce tartar on my 2 dogs that are prone to serious buildup (Chihuahua mixes). Takes several months just like any other diet change. They still get some but WAY better than before using it. Have been using it on 2 of my 3 dogs for over a year now, very pleased.

Can any cat owners tell me their experience, please?

I have used this with our cats for years... It does help reduce tartar and has prevented tooth decay/loss in our older cats.
