I installed the unit because original, 20 year old broke when rebuilding my Eljir compact style toilet. The tank and base are unitized, which makes the overall height lower and eliminates the joint that 2 piece toilets have. I was concerned about fit because pictures only show 2 piece toilets. Bottom line, it fit perfectly and works fine. I recommend this product. After a few weeks of use, I have made an adjustment. There is a square hole in the tank that accepts a square boss molded in the handles plastic part that fits into the aforementioned hole in the tank. The handle part is a bit smaller which allows some rotation of the handle and eventually loosens the handle. I wrapped a couple of turns of "Gorilla" tape around the boss to improve the fit and this eliminated the play.

This item was very slow in being delivered but it could have been due to severe weather causing problems with air freight. Estimated to be here in 2 days but was 5. That said, however, the Toto handle replacement fit and worked perfectly! We have owned our TOTO Toilet for 21 years with NO problems whatsoever...except for this handle finally wearing our. But this replacement worked like it came from the factory. HIGHLY recommend!

Easy installation, looks nice and works great.

Is a direct replacement for my broken Toto toilet flush lever. The installation was simple and it is working quite well. The biggest challenge I have had is that even when tight, the handle rotates a bit and users need to be careful or it shifts and then doesn't work. I may try to tighten in more, but I worry about stripping the threads and ruining it.

Quality is crap, bought it in Nov 2025 and metal arm broke off at the first hole. Broke in less than 6 months

This handle works - but needs to be modified to work in an Eljer toilet (Windsor model). The metal rod is too long. In order to work you need to swap the original shorter rod from the Eljer toilet into this handle. Not hard to do as this handle comes apart with one screw. I had to physically break the original part to remove the rod though. Once this was done, it will work. Note - the instructions mentions several times that the thread is reversed. It's not. It is a regular thread (clockwise to tighten). So overall a good fix. My only other comment is that the new handle looks a little cheap - you can see a lot of the plastic. Also ideally wanted a chrome finish but nickel (flat finish) was all that was available.

The handle was miror, wrong side I could reuse my handle to fix the issue but if not it would not have worked for me.
