Thank you for being so considerate and unselfish about the inexcusable cruelty and abuse that often goes in to products (James would learn a lot from you). I couldn't find enough information on this company to be sure either way, so I won't be buying. Lots of cruelty free products are available on here though, just type it in to the search bar! Should there be any Packaging around this such as a box or even a plastic seal?shoukd the dispenser have any protection on it as some has leaked out.

It should come in a card board type box. Similar to any other cream in packaging. I would say also that the part that you push down inside the product, in order to squeeze out a set amount can easily get pushed in. Which results in the product escaping the container- rapidly!

Does it make any difference to the neck area?

I would advice you to purchase better different brand ,now sales are on and good offers.Sorry amazon but yes this cream does nothing .Try nivea night is really good
