Are they biodegradable

Because they’re made from recycled plastics, no. They may be oxo-biodegradable with additives to assist in breaking them down quicker than standard carrier bags, but they won’t disappear and it doesn’t specify on the packaging or in the description either way. Compostable bags may be better if this is a concern.
