I’m now doing lots of homemade bread all different types and it’s great for kneading or mixing the bread on . Very easy to clean much easier than my kitchen sides I just fold it up and tip extra flour back into tub or in bin . It is large which is great for me . Wish I’d bought it sooner .

excellent - used it to roll a massive amount of black fondant and it didn't stick - great if your working with a colour that you can't use icing sugar to stop it sticking - I even lifted the fondant on the mat and turned it upside down to get it on the cake and then peeled it off the mat - worked great

I used this baking mat to roll out pastry for a pie. The mat was a good size and easy to clean. I liked that it had the concentric rings as a size guide. It definitely made rolling out the pastry easier, in that the dough did not stick as much as normal. However, the pastry did still stick; so, for me, it was not a totally ‘non-stick’ product.I tried to slide the pastry off the mat onto a plate, but it was difficult for two reasons: the dough was still sticking to the mat and so would not slide easily; and, the mat was floppy and so it was difficult to manipulate it to ease the dough off the mat. I think that I would find it easier to use if the mat was thicker and firmer (more rigid), so that it would hold it’s shape. And, if it’s ‘non-stick’ aspect could be enhanced, that would help too.

Having looked at quite a few mats and their reviews, I chanced upon this one. The first thing to note is its thickness, it is a really good quality. It arrived in a dedicated box, not just a plastic wrapper. Once opened it did need washing under warm water to release the creases and remove any residual production line chemicals. After that...WOW!...amazing mat. It's a good size to cover the working surface, with excess to store your pastry trimmings around the edges. The measured circles are a brilliant plus point, and true to diameter measurements.When you place the mat on the surface it lies nice and flat, no wrinkles, and no matter how hard i pressed down kneading the dough, or rolling the pastry, it didn't move or buckle - result, perfectly plat rolled out pastry.It is a lovely heavy, large mat, so to clean you will need to develop your own technique. I wiped off any excess flour etc.., then took a wet washing sponge with a bit of liquid on and gently soaped it. You can either rinse the soap off by folding, running under water, folding again etc.. until all is ringed, or you can take a clean sponge, and sponge since and dry.Anyway, I can't praise this enough, it is a really good price for the quality, and I expect the quality will ensure that it will last me a lifetime :-).

Nice wipeable mat with measurements on for pizza and converter measurements for cups and grams etc. I find this mat helpful to contain flour whilst rolling pastry so it doesn’t go all over my worktops and protects it. The mat doesn’t move on the worktop whilst preparing pastry either which is an added bonus. The mat is good value for money and I like the colour. I picked grey due to the size option given and overall size of space available on my worktop.

What a great purchase this mat was, I love it! I initially bought it as I was making a large cake and covering it in fondant icing. It was too big to roll the fondant out on the worktop so I was using the kitchen table. Although it was a new and spotless table, I wasn't comfortable rolling fondant out on it. The mat has a shiny rubbery underside so it's none slip. It has various sizes of circles in the middle making it easy to roll out fondant or pastry to the correct diameter. It also has handy ruler measurements across the bottom length. It also rolls up neatly for easy storage. Absolutely brilliant and I have no hesitation recommending this mat.Put together with great customer service and prompt delivery.

以前は大き目のまな板を使ってパン作りをしていましたが、これを使ってからは作業しやすくなりました。こねるのは餅つき機を使っていましたが、同時進行で別のパンをこねられるし、洗うのも楽。大きいのでシンクいっぱいを使って作業できます。みじん切りをするときにはこのマットを敷くとまな板が動かないので作業が楽。買ってよかったです。
