Tea Infuser Bottle With Removable Loose Leaf Tea Strainer Cup 18/8 Stainless Steel Portable Insulated Travel Tea Tumbler Black

So hard to find a hot tea mug/bottle with embedded tea strainer for loose tea. THIS is it. Place two tsp of loose tea (for very strong tea) in the strainer, fill with hot water, and you have hot tea all day! It is amazingly hot (be careful—it stays HOT) and the lid will not leak! I bought the rose gold and it is simply lovely. The strainer is easy to get in and out and clean (just rinse), the bottle does not stain because it is stainless steel, the lip of the top has no rough edges so it is easy to sip on all day. Unlike other bottles, you do not have to take the top off in order to sip your tea, so it is easily one handed—just flip the lid and sip. So you can drive or work and continue to drink (although be careful first thing in the morning, as it will retain heat). The mesh of the strainer is quite fine, so you won’t be eating any tea leaves either. I have used mine for months now, and have had no escapees. It is also easy to add more hot water if you desire a 2nd pour over your leaves.

This is a lovely travel bottle. It's very durable and the loose leaf infuser works well and has enough room for the amount of tea needed to brew inside the bottle. I'd guess it keeps my tea hot about 6 hours. It doesn't impart any weird taste to the tea, which is a definite plus.

I bought this bottle to replace a double-wall glass tea infuser which broke and this is much better. I use this bottle for drinking loose leaf teas. Sometimes I leave the tea loose in the bottle with just the top screen to keep them out of my mouth, which is mostly what I wanted this bottle for. Occasionally a few bits of tea will make it around the side of the screen when used this way, but I don't mind. Usually I have the tea contained inside the infuser which is very tidy and none of the particles escape. The infuser is large enough to let the required amount of tea leaves bloom without getting crowded. The infuser basket reaches almost halfway down into the bottle which is low enough for me to leave an inch or so at the top for milk or ice if needed and still have the tea leaves hanging in the water while it brews. The tea stays hot for hours and the outside of the bottle does not get hot. Both lids seal well when tightened properly and have not leaked even when the bottle is inverted. There is a gasket inside the lids which gives a good seal but is not very easy to remove. I got the woodgrain print and it is actually a little coppery/metallic colored which is pretty. The paint is fairly durable. I have managed to put mild scratches on it in the past month, but I use it every day and am not treating it gently. The size of this bottle is perfect for me, but if there was a 25oz one, I would buy that also.

Love the two mouth pieces, the size and color. It works great. I am leery of products with no company information on them for safety purposes. Otherwise it appears to be a good product.

I love it! My tea stays hot for about 6-7 hours. It holds a lot in the bottle and the tiny holes are perfect for any tea leaves.

Really great! Pretty color, nice non-slippery texture, easy to drink out of (you don't have to remove the cap). Biggest problem is that my tea never cools in it, so I have to add ice cubes to bring it down to drinkable temp, which is a good problem to have.

I'll admit it - since I started drinking loose leaf tea, I've become a snob. I can't stand the taste of tea bags anymore and always have to bring my loose leaf tea with me when I travel. It's my cross to bear, and one that has become infinitely easier since buying this amazing travel mug! It's so simple to use and clean, brews great tea, and keeps your tea hot for hours. It has better insulation than my yeti travel mug. The only down side is that it's not completely leak proof, but just keep it mostly upright and you'll be fine. I now have 2 - one for me and one for my husband, we are huge fans!
