What are the two modes?

Volume mode: Move more air for high-capacity leaf blowing. High speed mode: Enhanced performance moving wet or embedded leaves.

How does the two modes actually work?

Slide the Variable Air Control Nozzle by pressing the orange tab. Forward- uses the larger nozzle for blowing and drawing more air through the secondary intake. Backward- uses the narrower nozzle for high-speed, concentrated airflow.
