High-Quality Glove That Holds Up
This is easily one of the best companies to go to for baseball gear, especially if you want something high quality even for casual or backyard use. The glove fits really well in the hand, and the design makes it super easy to catch with. It feels natural to use right away. I’ve had it for two seasons now, and it’s held up really well with no issues. Overall, great quality and definitely worth it.

Likely good but high variance
Great glove for price point and design. Note that the gloves newer than 2025 are widely different for QC. I tried 3 and they were all remarkably distinct. One was thin and had poor lettering. Another acceptably made but with thinner binding and stringing. The one I kept was a bit heavier weight but with great overall build quality and better leather quality.Break in was a few days of catch and seems to be reasonably easy to maintain. Nothing new for R9. The actual glove is a half step worse than prior R9s I’ve had. These are fine gloves for the job of secondary glove or dad glove. No need for heart of the hide.Nice softness, maybe too much. Flexibility is good for a newer glove after break it. Not floppy or squishy like lesser quality gloves.This one should last a long time.

Great quality glove for the price. Leather feels sturdy but broke in faster than expected. Holds its shape well and has a solid pocket. My kid has been using it regularly and it’s holding up great so far. Would definitely buy again.

I couldn’t be happier with the Rawlings R9 Series glove. For the price, it really can’t be beat. The leather quality is excellent for this price point, and it needed very little break in time. It’s almost game ready right out of the box. I also really like the look and style, it's modern but still traditional.

Excelente calidad. Requiere tratamiento para ablandarlo (break it), por lo que si te gusta usar un guante blando, tendrás que ablandarlo y no usarlo inmediatamente.
