Exactly as advertised, Achatz always delivers
Actually doable unlike the aviary (which I adore and is as advertised). Marketed as a more accessible doable set than the aviary and delivers. NOT to be confused with easy. Still probably a step above liquid intelligence. I think one had a centrifuge. You'll still need to prep to make many of them but that's expected if you know what you're buying. If you expect these to be easy then make sure to read the description!

great selection of cocktails, just be prepared to go shopping when deciding which one to make as most require quite a few ingredients that at least I don't always have in stock.

Too exotic
5 stars for the gorgeous design and photography. But despite having a very extensive collection of all different kinds of spirits and liqueurs, there was maybe 1 or 2 recipes that I could or would want to make. Most of them called for small amounts of unusual spirits you’d never use again. Or needed several ingredients that required you to make them before you could actually make the drink itself. But the graphic design and photography were gorgeous.

The measurements are metric
Why would a recipe book by an American business have metric measurements? Why should I have expected this? Very disappointing.
