I’ve been using the SHIDU Mini Voice Amplifier in my elementary classroom, and it’s been a complete game changer. My voice is not that loud so this product is perfect. I work in a classroom setting and can't really yell and the class can't really hear me. This product actually works. When I'm not in a class setting I can use it as a bluetooth speaker to play music. The downsides is that it's wired. The piece that you speak in is wired which can make it complicated. One other thing is that it makes a static screech noise if the mouth piece gets to close to the box. But I can live with that. LOVE this item definitely recommend.

I give safety briefings to groups of 40 to 100 people. I have a loud voice, but I didn't like the constant strain of speaking loudly all the time. This device was affordable, easy to use, and light weight. I like the collar type mic that rests on my neck and I can adjust the mic near my mouth. I hang the amplifier by a strap around my neck and down in front of my torso. I can adjust the volume so everyone can hear me clearly and I can use my regular voice. The only time I have an issue is when I place my clip board in front of the speak and get feedback. I like that I can use any USB C port to charge it up. I am very pleased with the amplifier and the ease of use.

So useful to amplify your voice or speak to a big crowd and avoid straining your voice. I use it in church, but I can see it useful as a tour guide, in job trainings where a microphone would be too loud, but a voice too soft, classroom/noisy teaching settings

Durante mis primeros meses como docente, llegaba todos los días a casa ronca y muchas veces sin voz, con la garganta muy afectada por tener que hablar alto constantemente. Desde que adquirí este amplificador, mi vida cambió por completo. Ahora puedo dar mis clases sin forzar la voz, hablar con claridad y mantener el control del aula sin esfuerzo. Since I installed a perspex Covid partition in my taxi I found it hard to hear customers (am a bit deaf anyway!). Now I can! Very cheap feeling on build quality, but as it doesn't get moved from where it is fixed in the taxi (and I have mounted on rubber to cut down on vibrations) I am hoping that quality good enough to last a year (or 2?!) of constant use. Had it around 6 weeks now. The only "issue" is it picks up interference when driving past certain locations, but only briefly and the plus is it reminds me it is still switched on! (Its usually permanently plugged in via a USB point so when the engine is on it is charging).....but not enough of an issue for me to bother trying to find a solution! For "2 way" communication with the customers I just talk loudly! and use hand signals! I would put another one in the back for customers to hear from but wayyyy too lightweight to let taxi customers anywhere near it! (Not a design fault!). UPDATE: I have now bought a 2nd one so I can do 2 way communication with my taxi passengers (the 2 are NOT linked) as I found somewhere in the taxi to locate it where customers can't get at it! I have also upgraded (replaced the microphone) with a versions that are designed to be used by a small group of people at distance for meetings via Zoom etc - just so my customers don't have to speak directly into the original microphone (not a design fault - I am just using this item for a different reason it was designed for. Detailed review in case another taxi driver looking to do the same). 2nd Update! Now around 18 months of use in my Taxi. Zero problems.

I bought a bunch of these speakers for my guide team and they all loved them. The sound quality is good, the volume is appropriate and the wired microphone is less hassle than the bluetooth ones. I will probably buy more.

When I connects the mic's wire to the speaker, the speaker howls very loudly.
