SOLUTIONS Crispy Cooker Baking Mat

This baking mat is really easy to use! We have been chopping up sweet potatoes and baking them on it, and it works beautifully. The fries bake perfectly and slide right off the mat when they are done. What a great accessory to have in my kitchen!

I put my favorite chicken wings on the crispy cooker baking mat and they were not crispy at all :(

I really like this mat. I don't use oils when I cook, so I love that this allows me to roast vegetables without using oil. They roast very evenly and you don't even need to turn them over since they cook from both sides. Previously, I was using silicone baking mats and it always took about twice as long to roast and I had to turn them frequently. The only thing I don't like about these is that they are smaller than I would like and they are a little flimsy, although still durable--so you need to be careful when putting them in or taking them out of the oven. There are no edges like a baking sheet would have. It's still worth it as items like french fries turn out really well, and so much healthier than store bought. (If you are planning to make french fries, you'll also want to order a french fry cutter) Update June 25, 2017: I still use this mat, but have been roasting more vegetables lately, so I find a few more negatives. I love roasted vegetables and find these are just a little too small. They only fill up above half the oven rack, so I wish it were the same size or bigger than a sheet pan. Next, they are a pain to clean. You have to hand wash it, so I just don't ever clean them. They get put in the oven at 400+ degrees, so any bacteria would be killed, but the mats look pretty dirty. Finally, as stated above, they are rather flimsy, so you really can't put vegetables on them to the very edge and I find that I something loose some vegetables while putting them into or taking them out of the oven. I searched Amazon for large metal racks and didn't find anything that much larger, but I would probably prefer something made out of metal just for durability and the ability to put them in the dishwasher.

the edge is not solid like my last cooking mat but it does the job just be careful removing from the oven. You'll need two hands. Good price.

It doesn't seem to make much difference on pizzas plus the bottom of the crust stuck to the mat. Wish I had not purchased this.

This mat works great, I usually cook two small pizzas on it. It's hard to find a pan that allows for the heat to reach under the pizza to make it crispy, this worked just great.

The concept is great. It does get nuggets crispy on all sides. I do wish the maker would make it more rigid and with an edge, so nothing can roll off when picked up and 2 handles for lifting would put this item over the top for a #5 rating.

This mat works very well. I have cooked pre-packaged french fries and fresh french fries, both of which have turned out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside - in other words just perfect! I also use it to make my own tortilla chips and it is wonderful.
