Comfortable insole gel foot arch support pads which works.
I bought these to use as part of my recovery from posterior tibial tendon issue. Got to say, these gel foot arch support were a great help. The sticky side secures the pads yo your shoe insole allowing for the comfortable support as stated on the package. And they are also good value for your money.

Good for arch support, only downside is they lose their stick pretty quickly. One pair wasn't that sticky to begin with so had difficulty placing it where needed.

Don’t stay put
These are terrible! They don’t stick to the sole properly and move around so you’re just randomly standing on bits of plastic - very uncomfortable and poor design.
