The Vax spot wash is exactly that. Perfect for spots or mess. So big clean ups be prepared to refill a few times. Absolutely bargain at its price, its powerful and well designed. Its not heavy and you can keep the hose and cable neatly on the machine. The suction works brilliant, so far no issue. The self cleaning hose is also a quick and easy task to keep the machine running well. Well worth the purchase.

It's difficult not to get excited about this mini vax as a 30 year old with a clumsy streak and a young puppy, but here we are. This was absolutely the BEST purchase of 2025 for me. I also own the full size vax, but this makes small areas so much easier to clean without needing to pull out the huge heavy machinery. The item itself is fairly light for its size and shape, meaning I can carry it to wherever it's needed. The SpotWash is so handy to use and highly effective. I recently spilled some fountain pen ink on my grey carpet, and this sorted it out in a flash without leaving a trace. The pieces fit together easily, making each section easy to clean after use. Plus, the cord is long enough that I've never struggled to reach the area needed. If you think you might need it - just buy it!

Nice and light. The suction is ok. It does the job. The cable could do with being longer if your trying to do stairs. It does come with a small bottle of cleaning solution. Which wont last long. The cleaning port is a great idea in principle. But always seems to leak water down the back of the machine over the power cable, no matter how careful you try to be. The clear plastic nozzle adapter is made to come off for cleaning. But can come of inadvertently. Best to hold onto it whilst scrubbing. Overall good.

I already own a VAX carpet cleaner, and I bought the VAX Spot Cleaner to complement it, and it does exactly that. It’s compact and ideal for quick, targeted cleaning where a full carpet wash isn’t practical. I mainly use the SpotWash for my stairs, sofa, chairs, car interior, and other upholstery items that need a refresh or quick cleaning after a spill. It’s effective at lifting dirt, is easy to handle and store thanks to its compact size. I don’t have pets, but I managed to find the pet version at a very good price, which turned out to be a bonus. Having the additional tool is really useful. I keep one attachment for messier jobs and the other for cleaner tasks, which is very practical. Overall, it’s a reliable solution for everyday spills and upholstery cleaning.

Great little cleaner at a very competitive price. Holds enough water and detergent to deal with several little stains in one fill. The attachments are useful and fitted firmly. Gets used around the house and on my car seats, and saves all the fuss in getting our big wet 'n' dry vacuum out for small areas. One of those items that suprise you with just how useful they actually are.

WOW!!! Just WOW!!! I’d been thinking about getting one of these for a while for my animal sofa. The sofa had all sorts of stains on it. I did a once over to see how it worked and the stains just disappeared. This was with the cleaning fluid that came with it. There was no spill on the floor. The fluid is rose but it’s not overpowering. It’s super easy to use and it’s not as big as you might think. The only thing I didn’t like is the filler for the clean water and solution side. It’s a plug on the side so it makes it difficult to fill, whereas the dirty water container top comes off. This would be easier on both sides. A small price to pay for the function. Really glad I bought it. When you think about how much you lay out to rent a rug doctor machine, you might as well spend the money on one of these and you have it to keep. Great piece of kit and really recommend it.

This is fabulous ! Cleaned my sofa and couldn’t believe the muck ! It sucks up loads of the water so not left my sofa too wet x well impressed !

I bought this product as I am 7 months pregnant and a little cleaning obsessed. I've always wanted a carpet cleaner for the car, stairs and sofa. As others have said it is noisy but you do expect it so it doesn't bother me. I have used it on stains and its lifted them off the carpet easily. Really good for cleaning my 2 year old sons spills. I used it on the sofa and was amazed at how much dirt came out. I've attached an "after" picture. I used it on the stairs today and it has really made a difference to the more high traffic part of the carpet, I don't expect it to ever be like new though. I used it on the dogs muddy bed, before and after photos included, and was super impressed. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is use on the mattress. We have a quite new expensive mattress and I managed to get a faketan stain on there. I would say the stain was slightly better but it took ages to dry and made some of the fabric go very bitty and bits started to shed. If you have an older mattress that this is a last resort clean for you then you may not mind so much. That's my only negative really. It's easy to assemble and clean, the vax solution smells amazing. I'd deffo recommend buying a larger bottle of this as the one it comes with is very small and doesn't last long at all. Looking forward to trying it on the car mats and carpet next. Highly recommended this product.

Don't bother the product has zero value for money, I regret buying this so much. Does not work at all. Does not get out any visible stains or dirt marks. Waste of money.
