I bought this fan that cools all the way around the neck , including the back, where my neck gets the hottest with my hair. Gently blows from the front up towards your face. Has 3 speeds. Quiet motor. You can actually hear around it. It did not catch in my hair, and as you can see in the pic, I do have long hair. I’m also from the Deep South, east TN, so this was used a lot this past summer ,and it still holds a charge and works great!! Would highly recommend to anyone to use for crowed events ( book signings) ,hot outdoor activities, or even for ppl suffering with menopausal symptoms or medication related hot flashes. It looks more like headphones and it’s not really obvious at first it’s a fan. I love it,and would highly recommend it!! Also, my hubby got one in black. He didn’t think he would use it but he absolutely did, mowing lawn, picnics, bbqs etc. The heat and humidity of the south is no joke! This little, fairly inexpensive fan, was a lifesaver!

My workplace is often somewhat warm and this works great to help keep me from getting sweaty! It offers a moderate amount of cooling and has three setting for the fan (low, medium, high). On the medium setting I get hours of use out of it and it usually lasts for my entire, 8 hour, work day (but I do NOT run it continuously). It recharges quickly. Four hours fully recharges from completely dead. It does not work very well in an extremely hot environment since it recirculates the ambient air. If you use it outside when it’s 90° it’s just going to blow the hot, 90° air back at your face. But it works great when you’re inside and the area is just too warm (and you don’t control the thermostat). I work as a floral designer in a large supermarket and I would be super sweaty at work every day. Using this I don’t get sweaty and feel much more comfortable. It’s comfortable to wear and lightweight. Plus the black, carbon fiber design I chose doesn’t really stand out so it’s not super noticeable. It’s also great for hot flashes!!

Pros: Provides good cooling even in Florida heat in August. Last for a good amount of time on a single charge. Charges quickly. Not too heavy on the neck Cons: fans are very loud on medium and high settings. Would be nice to be able to angle/direct air better

I bought the FrSara Neck Fan mainly for outdoor walks and gardening in the summer, and I’ve been genuinely impressed with its performance. Right out of the box, the build quality felt solid and the non-slip material gives it a nice, secure grip around the neck without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. The air flow is stronger than I expected – even on the low setting, it provides noticeable cooling, and on high, it’s very effective without being too loud. I especially like that the fan blows evenly from both sides and doesn’t feel lopsided like some other neck fans I’ve tried. The 360° rotation lets me angle it exactly where I need the most airflow. Another big plus: no hair tangling! I have long hair and that’s been a problem with other fans, but this design keeps everything safe and snag-free. Battery life has also been great – I get several hours of use on a single charge (I’d estimate around 6-8 hours depending on the setting), and it recharges relatively quickly. Perfect for outdoor activities, travel, or even working from home without cranking up the AC. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a portable, quiet, and powerful cooling solution!

It works great. I’m in NC and I run everyday at work. When I go back to work, I have a hard time cooling down without the fan. Put it on and about 15 minute later, I’m gtg.

Full transparency. This review has been rewritten. I had initially marked this with a lower star rating but cannot in good conscience leave it as it was after the company reached out to me to make it right. I am going to first start with why it's not five stars. I live in Texas. We have two seasons here... Summer and February. The norm is above 100 degrees and that's just how it is. I purchased this fan with hopes that despite the intense heat, this fan would do the impossible. It performed as I expected. Indoors, this fan is fantastic and circulates the air-conditioned air very nicely upwards to the head. It's a sleek design and I received compliments on its looks. The battery is remarkable! The charge hold is impressive as it goes on for hours. I would say if you lived in more reasonable temperature environments or intend to use it indoors for activities, this is the fan for you. If you need something to cool you from hellish temperatures, let's be real, nothing, not even this fan will work. I have increased the star rating, because This company took the initiative to inquire how to make things better. It's rare to experience genuine customer service and this company excels at this. I wish other brands and companies cared about their customers and their own reputation the way this company does.

I had to work in Mexico for four months... this was EASILY one of the BEST purchases I made for the entire trip. Three speeds of air kept me from passing out in the most dangerous of environments. Didn't matter how deep I was in the jungle, I could get a tiny bit of sanctuary from this neck fan at all times. I ran this thing into the ground and there's no photo you can see of me where it's not straddling my neck. It was easy to use, portable, and once it's on your neck, it's easy to forget it's there. The fan has three speeds and helped accelerate getting cool while in AC or cooler spaces. I haven't even gotten to the best part yet... the battery life. I was working 12-14 hour days and six days a week. THIS FAN NEVER DIED! Granted, I saved power when I didn't need it... but I always had it if I needed it. Didn't matter if it was hour 4 or hour 14... the fan was still working. I don't remember it dying a single time. I'd charge it every night and I had absolutely NO issues. I ended up traveling an additional 2,000 miles independently in Mexico... fan was around my neck and working whenever I needed it. I will be going back in a month and I'll be taking two brand new ones with me. ONLY CONS: If you don't like noise close to your ears, you might not like it. But if that's the case i'd argue neck fans altogether might not be for you. This thing packs a punch, especially on the highest setting. The lowest setting is pretty quiet and I'd sometimes forget it was still on while I was working. If you get a different brand, I feel the air won't work as well and cool you down. The paint also chipped off and was revealing the white base underneath... but I equate that to working in the jungle and sweating for four months! Normal wear and tear! If going to warmer climates, vacationing while doing lots of walking, working, or if your body runs hot and you just want to stay cool and comfortable... this is the product you want.

It's wonderful to find a neck fan that has cool high power blowing out. Especially when Im exercising or having those personal summers.
