Can you use this to dual screen? So either as a 2nd monitor or to extend a current monitor?

When it works, yes. But it didn't for me, so I sent it back.

On my montior I have two hdmi ports and 2usb. Can I plug two adapter into the monitor and then switch the channel hdmi from one laptop to another?

If your monitor has the option to manually change outputs (never came across one that doesn't), then that won't be an issue - just don't leave it on 'auto' as that will always go to the channel where it detects a signal.

Is it any good for gaming at 60fps UHD?

I couldn't for the life of me get it to connect from my W10 PC, even though my pc happily connects to other Miracast devices. So I sent it back.
