Great Self Help Book, Would Purchase Again
I've only made a few entries so far but I'm absolutely loving the progress this book is helping me make. Incredibly informative and helps you dive deeper into you. I truly feel that by the end of this book I can finally be myself, I think it's the perfect self help book. Highly recommend if you want to rediscover you.

Great book! Give it a try
I was really struggling before I came across this book. It helped me in many areas some I didn't even know needed improving. It helped with my depression, my self-esteem, my self worth. It's beautifully written and constructed. If your struggling with any of these give this book a try, you won't regret it.

Want to feel like a woman again?
I absolutely LOVE this book!!! I recently got out of a narsasitic abuse relationship with my kids dad. Let's just say he ruined me.... However when I received this book and started working in it I have become much happier and healthier. I have my confidence back I live my life for me now...

Great Content, But Struggled to Complete
I purchased the Self-Love Workbook for Women with great intentions, but unfortunately, I havenโt been able to complete it yet. The content is definitely insightful and offers a lot of valuable exercises for self-reflection and growth. The workbook is well-organized, and I love the focus on self-care and empowerment. However, I did find it a bit difficult to keep up with, especially as life got busier. Some of the exercises require more time and energy than I was prepared to commit to, which is why I didnโt finish it. Itโs a great resource, but I think it would be most beneficial if youโre ready to dedicate time to really dive into the exercises. That being said, I still plan to revisit it when I can give it the attention it deserves. For anyone looking to focus on personal growth, this workbook definitely has potential!

Wonderful book
Really good books but one came ripped a little

Interactive work-book, a big plus
I am not a self-help kind of person, but this one caught my eye so I went for it. I found much of it thought-provoking and very relatable (is that I word?) I bought the spiral notebook version and am glad I did as I am more apt to give the messaging some thought when I am interacting with the lessons. (I skip over the few that i find inane!). Recommend!

Good workbook
Good workbook with good exercises to practice self love and compassion. However on page 58-59 you're supposed to do a self compassion quiz in which you score different points, 10 questions and you can get 5 points per question, which is a max of 50 points but the pointinterval is 0-50, 50-60, 60-70 and so on up to 100... Sloppy that that went to print.
