I enjoy this espresso. We did have an issue with packaging and delivery. 5 boxes packed in a clear plastic bag arrived on our doorstep. one of the boxes appeared to have minor damage to the corner. upon onpening the affected box, we noted the majority of pods (10) were damaged some beyond use. have been trying to get amazon for customer service...but their AI is nonfunctional and all I can do is return entire shipment.

Insane Price Increases and Lack of Availability
These used to be some of my favorite espresso pods, but I can't justify paying what L'or is charging now. The prices for these pods are out of control, and they are extremely difficult to find. I used to have such a high opinion of this company, but now I feel betrayed. I'm currently using a Nespresso machine while my L'or barista system collects dust in my closet.
