I actually bought these on a deal price. On the gummies as delivery for vitamins/ supplements, I DONT think this method of delivery is viable. IF someone couldnt take actual collagen, this method is better than none. The taste? Tastes ok and then.... there is a little bite at the end of swallerin'.
