This is a great safety product--but . . . .
These nose pads work great! They really do seal the top of the mask effectively. No fogging if you're wearing glasses, which means the mask seals better with much less air leaking in or out and as a result provides more protection. The adhesive sticks just right. The memory foam is comfortable and is shaped just right. They work great with KN95s, KF94s, cloth masks, and regular paper masks. If you're shopping, be aware that some of the similarly products are not as long as like these are and therefore do not seal along the top of the mask as well. Read the fine print; these are 5 3/4 inches long. One more thing: they arrive vaccum-packed so don't be alarmed if they look squished. They're memory foam and they go back to their regular shape within minutes after you open the package. Update: I just received another order of these. The pack had been cut open and two of the pads had been removed. I clearly received a package that someone else had returned. Not acceptable!

Simple Fix that Works Great!
When I first received these, I felt cheated. It looked like nothing more than a sheet of 3M foam tape, cut into 1/4" strips. But, that's because the are compressed in the packaging. Actually, they are a lot like 3M foam tape, except they are sculpted to fit over the nose bridge and tapered under the eyes. They work great! Simply peel off the adhesive cover and stick it on the the top edge of your mask. I have not found a mask the does not significantly result in my glasses seriously fogging. This simply strip has eliminated the fogging! Even while breathing heavy from sand walks at the beach, no fogging at all. The only reason I don't give e it 5 stars is because the foam is a bit think, making the mask annoyingly visible below my eyes. It doesn't obstruct my vision but it is mildly annoying.

Does not expand after opening
Perhaps the seller vacuum packed these near the beginning of the pandemic, and their old stock will no longer expand. These worked fine in helping to prevent fogging of glasses... UNTIL THEY DIDN'T. I'd bought these from the same seller for 3 years without a problem, but the last 2 orders of 50 were useless. After looking at recent reviews, this seems to be an increasingly common experience. The TOP of the picture shows a Sponge Anti-Fog Nose Bridge Pad that's still totally flat 7 days after opening the package. BELOW it is a normally expanded pad left over from an earlier order. The first 12 sets of 50 were fine. When the 13th set turned out to be a dud, I wrote it off and eventually reordered a 14th set. That set eventually expanded but only to 1/3rd the normal height, which is insufficient to prevent fogging. A 14% failure rate isn't worth risking. Anyone know of another product or vendor combination that still works?

They might work for you, but they didn't for me
These pads were comfortable to wear, and they did help fill the gaps across the top of my mask. My glasses didn't fog up when I used one. They might work better with a mask of a different design. But the mask I wore them with comes up high on my face. Sticking the pad along the top edge put it RIGHT under my eyes. Without the pad, I could see fine, with the pad in place it partially blocked my vision. I couldn't look down. It also pushed my glasses up so they rode too high on my nose, which looked funny. And since they're bifocals, I was only able to look through the near vision part of the lenses--the distance vision part was too high to be any use with the mask on. If your mask doesn't fit so high up, and/or you don't wear glasses, you might like these pads--but they didn't work for me.

Comfortable Enough Compromise
These work great for me on my masks that don't have a nose plate. They do cause my mask to stick put a little so my peripheral vision looking down is limited, but not too bad. Just means I have to tilt my head down a little, rather then being able to look down with my eyes. My daughter bought me two masks I really wanted to wear but neither had nose plates and then came the game of lifting my glasses and squinting to try and see what I was doing. I tried other remedies, but it was clear from my one mask that had a nose plate, I needed something like that. These are the reasonable compromise. They have stuck great to a cotton mask and a more rayon-like silky kind of fabric mask. I've worn the masks with the same insert more than once. I agree with others the effectiveness goes down, but I find I can get 2-3 uses out of them. They can be a bit bulky and odd, but they are comfortable. It's an adjustment. I imagine if I had to use them every day all day long I'd burn through them quickly, and they would get irritating. That's why, if you can help it, I suggest buying masks with nose plates. If your handy with a sewing needle it wouldn't be hard to sew on a nose plate of your own. Otherwise this is reasonable and comfortable enough compromise for use glass wearers.

A “MUST GET” for glasses wearers
Ok...Ive tried EVERYTHING to find a mask/gaiter that would provide some decent “safety” but NOT fog glasses. Ive tried anti fog wipes and rubs too that wear out with condensation exposure. THIS product is amazing! It is a little unsettling when it arrives, vacuum sealed and flat. Cut open the bag and slide out the “wafer”. Let it sit and in less than an hour they are perfect. Adhere to your face mask and VOILA! NO fogging glasses!!! Works on masks with or without nose wires. Now I dont have to worry about my NCAA baseball player being told he cant play with a vented mask or a gaiter for “safety” reasons nor having to wear a full N95 because those are the only masks that have a foam strip preinstalled. WHEW! For those who’ve said they get in your line of sight/vision, attach it BELOW the seam on your mask or below the nose wire if you have one. This thing truly works.

An auto-include for all future N-95s!
As a glasses wearer with a large nose, I absolutely love these! I never wear an N95 without them. They help form a better seal to ensure the mask works correctly, and completely prevent my glasses from fogging up. The adhesive is very powerful, and the foam is very comfortable. Do make sure you give them a few hours to expand when they first arrive. They're a foam material that tends to flatten in the packaging, but this'll go away after you unseal it and let them air out!

Soft cushion on your nose
They are very good for adding a cushion between your nose and the hard edge of masks. You can use them over and over because they stay sticky from mask to mask.

Work well
Wasn’t sure what these would be like, but I got a pleasant surprise. They work well, and my glasses no longer fog up.

When will this be available again?
the foam works very well for me. I can easily position it so that i dont fog up. Only complaint is it can be hard to line up properly so ive taken to using a ruler and marking the center slightly so i can line it up with the center of my K95 masks Now I go to re order them and its no longer available? I miss it. Alternative versions are too short and dont have the right shape, please let me know when/if these become available again
