Got these for an adventure trip with a diabetic. These are much smaller than juice boxes and have the same effect. Easy to pack and drink. Can store about 3 in the same space as 1 4oz juice box. Flavor was also good.

Great for a boost of energy mid-game or mid-workout. Small size means you can carry them in your bag without worrying about taking up space. Fruit Punch flavor delivers well.

I get low blood sugar every so often and keep these in my medicine cabinet. The Glukos gel works fast and brings my levels up quickly. I don't like gel-type glucose so I decided to try these and it is much better than trying to swallow down that goo. My favorite is the fruit punch. I bought the lemon-lime this past time around and it was disgusting! The taste is awful and I won't buy the lemon-lime again. The watermelon is really good as well. I recommend trying these if you need to bring your blood sugar levels up quickly. I keep some in my purse and in the glove box of my car for emergencies.

If you’re sensitive to fructose, these are a great option for run fueling. They are quite a bit larger than many gel packages though, and they are liquid (not at all gel consistency). So they are a bit more of a challenge to store in pockets designed for smaller packets, and liquid goes down easily, but is a little more floppy (so not always easy to eat while running). Overall a good choice, flavor is decent and not too strong. And these may be the only decent option if you’re sensitive to fructose. Price point is also decent.

I really liked it was not gel like and flavor but did not give much energy

This works great, for me, to raise my glucose levels when when I'm hypo. It raises my levels quickly and tastes good. Unfortunately it seems to be out of stock and I have had to look for it on other websites

While at the expo for the '16 R'n'R NOLA marathon, this was offered as the course 'GU'. I was skeptical as I'm used to a thick paste like substance for my needs. Thank goodness that race day was going well and I decided to do the unthinkable and try something new during a race. I took 1 packet between mile 16 - 17, it went down so smoothly I saved one for mile 21-22 when I knew I would need it another. I figured if it didn't stay down I'd ditch it but it stayed down and did it's job. It gave me a nice controllable level of energy that made a difference on the course. Once I made it home, I immediately bought more and I've now used in it 4 races with the exact same results I got after the first usage. I had a 20 mile trail run 2 weekends ago and this was perfect as it wasn't heavy on my stomach out on the trails.

This stuff worked great! I purchased it for a triathlon and was very pleased. Other gels tend to make my stomach upset but this did not. I felt my energy was sustained and not quick energy followed by a quick crash. The consistency is not like most gel, it is very liquid. At first I thought that would be a problem but then I put it into a gel flask and problem solved. In fact it work way better than a gel this way. I could quickly squeeze what I wanted into my mouth and get it down fast. Most gel sticks in your mouth and you need to drink water or something to get it down but I could squeeze about a package worth into my mouth, swallow and get back to breathing. After all it was a race and who has time to get that sticky stuff down when your mouth is a little dry from all the effort. I will be using this stuff exclusively and giving away all my other gels.
