Good quality product, you can buy without doubt.

Needs to improve the blade angle
A good buy according to me, however there's an alignment issue. Unless you bent it almost till a dangerous angle at which it may hurt you after applying force, the blade isn't able to cut the tape without it. This is the only problem with this tool, other than that its worth it if you have to seal packages on a daily basis.

Fraud and cheating
First a damaged and old piece was delivered. When complaint was made Amazon promised a replacement. Now I get a message from Amazon that a replacement has been delivered when no delivery has been done. Total fraud and cheating on this product
