I bought this to use after a surgery, it is good fit but uncomfortable on shoulders and arm pits. Supports the belly zone well and good quality. Breathable .

The shoulder straps under the arms bother me because they are too wide and uncomfortable when I wear it. I am so disappointed because I won't be able to wear this item. 😖

Buy a smaller size than the chart suggests
I wouldn’t recommend this product. Ordered a medium as the size chart states that if you’re a size 8-10 UK with a waistline between 25.9 - 29.1 inches this should fit. Product is made in China so I wonder if thats why the measurement were incorrect. Tried it on and it was too loose. Also the straps don’t adjust so does nothing for your posture.

Smoother stomach/ back
Wow, what can I say, ave took this waist/back support off, and I miss it ! The straps are padded for comfort, and has added hook and eyes before you zip it up. I suffer from IBS and bloat terrible. So wearing certain clothes can be a challenge. In the video, you can certainly see a difference with my leggings showing my stomach. With this lock down, putting weight on as well. For my back, it’s made me stand up straighter. And my back aches at work ( NHS worker) I’d highly recommend this item. Feels like second skin, if that makes sense ? Am a size 14 and I got the large.

Prrfect all rounder.
This is a Perfevt fit, material is top quality, and is very comfortable to wear all day. Its a perfect posture controller 👌 especially after me, 4 months after having a c-section having. So holds all in/up/together. Perfect all rounder

Personally not enough support
I ordered a medium as Ive had a bit of tummy gain working from home! My arms or top of the neck/back arent medium in comparison. For the right fit the product is of great quality and the bottom fits fine. However it seems tailored medium for the straps too which encourage straight posture. As you cannot adjust the strap there is slack in the back for my physique so Im finding it easy to slouch at the desk after 5 minutes of wearing. Will need to return sadly.
