The kitchen shears are very sturdy and sharp, but I do have to say that the handles are a little too big for my hands. I never thought to even consider that they made be made for a man with a large hand. My favorite part is the herb scissors. I have never seen anything like this before and they are so handy! I use a lot of fresh herbs all the time and I usually chop them on my cutting board, but these scissors are so much easier. And the little cleaner they give you to get the herbs out from between the blades is great. It works well and is so much easier to use then trying to clean them by hand. The herb scissors are my favorite part of the purchase!

Super solid ! Handle is made of aluminum and is bolted onto the shears. They are very buttery smooth and cut very well! For the price, its definitely worth it especially for the fact clthat it has a nut on the opposite side that you can tighten for added friction if its too buttery for you. I as a man have big hands and they are very comfortable in my hand. I can fit all 4 fingers in one handle in a straight line and not all bunches up. I recommend these for home use and not commercial. They arent the highest quality but the quality is up there to where i would absolutely buy these again without hesitation.

If you need a set of good kitchen shears at a reasonable price, then look no further. The main scissors are heavy duty and are razor sharp. I was concerned about the large grip, but it doesn't affect anything negatively and they even accommodate a person wearing gloves. I did a good bit of research trying to figure out which ones would rust, and which wouldn't. What I have found out is these will not rust as long as you dry them after cleaning. As with any metal products they will rust due to dissimilar metals and not drying them off. I have yet to have a single spot of rust on my shears. The cons about the main shears is that they are not made for precise work. But if you need precise scissors then these are not the ones you would be searching. They cut through bone easily as well as all meats. I do sometimes use them to cut nonfood items and they work perfectly at that as well. Then we get to the bonus scissors, my sister is the most amazing chef, and she can make Mexican Dishes that would make you think she has some Hispanic heritage. I let her try the multiblade scissors and she loved them so much she refused to give them back to me. She has a family of 6 so cutting up cilantro and other herbs was a timely process but not now. She loves that she doesn't even need to pull out the cutting board for chopping her herbs. They were just as sharp as the main shears and i can't come up with any cons about them other than drying them off has got to be a little sketchy if you don't have a dry cycle on a dishwasher. Perfect! Upgraded from plastic handle scissors to this set today. Love it!

The pink scissors are sharp and work well when cutting through meat. However, they are a little big for small Asian hands. Otherwise, they would be perfect. The green scissors are only good for the green parts of a green onion and for other leafy herbs like mint, cilantro, etc.

It works well but got some rust spots after running through the dishwasher (even with the dry cycle)

el mango es de plástico, pero las aspas son de acero inoxidable, con buen filo. Las tijeras de hierbas cortan bien las hojas y muy útil la herramienta de plástico para limpiar y sacar el corte.

Es un excelente producto, realmente si corta el pollo muy bien, están muy filosas. Las otras tijeras para verduras están muy bien, sirven y están muy filosas. Las recomiendo al 100
