Great wall work out poster
They break it out very nicely in to core, lower, upper and total body. For a 65 year old I would recommend making it bigger so you can see it better.

Perfect for workouts in the garage
This poster gives simple, clear directions and examples of proper form. laminated so it will wipe clean of dirt or sweat. Frees me up from techonology so I can work out anywhere there's a wall and floor handy. I use command strips to hook it to wherever I need it and makes it easily removable with no damage to the poster or any wall.

Despite an unmanaged packing tube the poster was dented on two sides

Ordered right before Covid
Occasionally I use them to tone up. However, the exercises in placard are a variation of exercises when I use weights. The plus is that they can be put away easily. Overtime I know they will eventually wear quicker if use the same bands.

Very comprehensive guide. So useful. It needs stabilising as it is in a rolled up tube. Finding a way to mount it or hang it up has to be worked out. Overall good but considering the above just a little overpriced.

I bought this thinking it was a resistance band with a poster but it’s just the poster. Images are really small so need to be in close proximity to use whilst working out. Wouldn’t recommend
