my tank holds 33 gallons, would i have to fill it up only will 20 gallons after i pour in Max Clean or could i fill right up?

Put in a bottle & fill your tank 3/4 of the way up. That way you get the improved performance, but only have to buy one bottle. That's what I do as I have a 26 gallon tank.

How to use this ? Can I just put this to the fuel tank ?

Dump it in the fuel tank and fill it up with gas. This large can will treat up to 20 Gallons. I use it in my motorcycle, so I just put a small amount in. It also has a fuel stabilizer in it which is good cause I don't ride the bike that often.

Does this work in small gas engines?

What do u mean by small gas engines? Im running a 1500cc engine and works well with it. Is this small enough?

Does MaxClean come with the application funnel for capless fuel tanks like some of their other products?

It does come with a plastic funnel that attaches to the bottle. Depends what fuel your vehicle takes if it will work or not if it's a caplesss filler neck vehicle tho.
