Cold Brew Nitro Coffee at home easily
Nitro cold brew coffee is almost too easy with this tool. You want smooth, creamy, frothy, sweeter (as in really is black, no actual sweetener needed, but via the placebo effect in texture, it tastes sweeter) coffee? First take your favorite cold brew, preferably made yourself by grinding your own beans then doing at least 12 hours in filtered water (all those things make a huge diff). Just pour up into this tank, I fill it all the way to the top and it works fine, no explosions, about 20oz, then use your n20 tanks, you can do isi brand for example, as long as they’re 8g size n20s, and dispense for the most luxurious black coffee you can have. It tastes even better than Starbucks nitro imho, because you can use your own bean preferences. I use a medium Chiapas bean with dark chocolate, creamy and rich tasting notes. So in the end my black coffee is essentially like a cold-hot chocolate (like the kind at Christmas) even though it’s not sweetened, flavored or with any additives other than nitrogen. If you do the math, you’re looking at 50cents per cup of brew, including the price of beans, if you get your n20 tanks (charger) on amazon, like the 50 pack for 30$. Then each n20 tank will do 20oz(my overfilled canister ;) ), so really 2.5 cups per n20 tanks used, that’s about 50cents per cup bc my beans are 11$/lb and I do 4 oz grinds per gallon(128oz) for cold brew. How much for a grande nitro at Starbucks? 5$?! So if you drink this everyday as I do, 15$ a month vs 180$/month at Starbucks, ouch, not sustainable!! But this method is! And this is premium, best of the best, hipster stuff. You can’t get a better, imho cup of joe than this. And it’s important to do a 1L (this) size vs a 8oz mini(1/2 pint), bc each 8g n20 cartridge/tank/charger will do 20oz with a bit leftover, but if you do the 8oz one, you waste tons of n20 and money! I started with the 1/2pint whipper and upgraded. Honestly I could probably do a 1.5L whipped cream canister and it’ll for sure use the whole n20 with no leftover wasted gas. speaking from experience and tons of experiments guys, this is a winner here! You can do xantham gum powder(1/2g) with your brew and blend it like crazy, which works well too, but n20 infusion tastes better, but you’ll want the best. xan is close too, and far cheaper! Also I have the uKeg nitro growler that specially makes nearly 2 liters (64oz) of nitro cold brew that includes a tap (which supposedly helps make it frothier and cascade more thus tastier) but this whipper is far superior at cascading and making it creamier thus tastes best. Update 6-11-20: eventually the trigger handle bent after overfilling coffee tons of times which means it was hard to squeeze bc of the force required after n20 discharged inside, so I‘m using a diff lid/nozzle from another model but the eurkitchen canister is the best bc it’s more insulated even tho it’s just the aluminum one, but compared to the other dispenser, it’s much heavier and thus maintains colder temps out of fridge longer. Now that I see there’s a stainless model available I’ve got to get that to withstand my overfilling! Which makes the creamiest nitro. Fill to top, dispense n2O charger without shaking which somehow creates this cascading effect best bc the bubbles are tinier/more fine, so still the best nitro coffee you can DIY, don’t waste money on a growler!

Easy , Fast Real Whipped Cream
When you enjoy cooking and baking, you want the right tools and good tools to make the job easier and better. The EurKitchen Professional-Grade Artisanal Whipped Cream Dispenser is one of those tools. I have always used store bought and finally decided to try this and know what I am eating. That is the main reason for me for buying this, knowing what is coming out of the canister is real whipped cream, nothing else. This is one well built whipped cream dispenser. The canister and head are both built strong and are thick metal, so it is going to last. I like that it is made form all aluminum because that holds the cold better and produces a faster whipped cream. A great feature of this is inside the head. The seal on the head has a pull ring attached to it. This is important when it comes time to clean it. All you do is pull on it and the O ring seal comes out and is easy to put back in. I also appreciate the fact that they use a heavy duty spring on the handle and like the design of the handle, It is easy to operate and built to last also. It does come with 3 different tips, all which are easy to attach. To make whipped cream, you need to chill the canister in the fridge for about 3 to 4 hours. Then get your heavy cream, I added some sugar to mine, and pour it into the canister. Twist the head onto the canister. Get a cartridge, which is not included, but Amazon has them and they are a good buy. Put the cartridge into the white holder, then twist it into the head until you hear a pop and the hissing stops. I like to twist the canister off then screw the included plastic cover onto the head where the cartridge was. Shake the canister , and then press the button for fresh , thick, creamy whipped cream. If you never had fresh whipped cream, you are in for a treat. I know I was and am so happy to finally have the ability to make it on my own. Clean up is easy, you have to wash it by hand, but is fast and simple and you get a small brush to clean the tips. I also wanted to mention the plastic tips. I saw another reviewer say they were thin and flimsy. I do not find this and show you in my video how strong they are. I squeezed them as hard as I could and they did not crush.If you want fresh whipped cream and want a dispenser that will last, the EurKitchen Professional-Grade Artisanal Whipped Cream Dispenser is one I highly recommend.

pasteurization level of the cream
Hello, this is the buyer's wife speaking: At first, I only wanted to give the cream dispenser one star. Despite following the instructions exactly and using the correct cartridges, I always ended up with runny cream. It was incredibly frustrating. As a last resort, I used regular pasteurized cream (instead of the double-pasteurized cream I usually use) – and lo and behold, it worked! I then googled it and found the following: "Why Ultra-Pasteurized Cream Fails in Cream Makers: Cream makers (like whipped cream dispensers or siphons that use N,O cartridges) rely on intact natural proteins and milk fat globules to suspend gas and create a stable, airy foam. • Protein Breakdown: The high heat of ultra-pasteurization damages the proteins required to build a stable foam structure. • Deflation: When using ultra-pasteurized cream in a dispenser, the resulting cream may come out thin watery, or collapse into liquid shortly after dispensing. For the best results with a cream maker, you should always use standard pasteurized cream (which is sometimes harder to find on standard supermarket Shelves)." The cream dispenser has been working perfectly ever since, and I'm thrilled!! 5 stars!! BUT : A note about the pasteurization level of the cream in the instructions or here on the page would have been very helpful!

Lid gets stuck on
I’m really unhappy with this product. It gets stuck in a closed position, making it nearly impossible to add cream or open it to wash out later. I’ve never had this problem with any other kitchen device. I have tried all the obvious tricks to get it open, including using silicone grippers. Currently, it is full of cream and has been now sitting on my counter for two days because I haven’t been able to get it open to wash. Total waste of money. It was difficult to open even when I first took it out of the packaging, so it’s not due to anything that I have done.
