Shopping for men’s underwear is oddly extreme. On one end: tighty-whities. On the other: “sexy” options that seem designed for a very specific lifestyle I am not living. These exist comfortably in reality. They’re soft, breathable, supportive without being over-engineered, and they skip the front opening—which raises the question: who is actually using that feature enough to justify its existence? Perfect for workouts or warm weather. Just solid, normal underwear. A rare find.

These are Hanes' replacement for their all-cotton Sports Briefs and, honestly, I like these better. Mostly cotton, they have another fabric to give a little flex and they don't stretch out after multiple washings like some of the Sports Brief colors did. They're very comfortable. The only downside, and it's minor, is they don't have the Hanes label on the front so it takes a minute to figure out which is the front when putting them on. One last point--these seem to change price a lot so I'd check the price history to get the best buy.Typical

Love bikini but finding a brand or style that actually fits is challenging. For me, bikini is one step below going commando. Don't get me wrong, trunks are great, and they look good on but something about the minimalist look of a bikini is in its own class. Avidlove was purchased as a gift from a friend who also loves the bikini cut. When I opened up the package, I was like oh goodie, more buttcrack showing junk squishing undies. To my surprise they weren't. The material is thin yes, but they keep everything cool which is what we all want. No one wants swamp crotch, so this material is perfect. The pouch in the front is very giving and doesn't look like you have bag hanging. It pretty much conforms to you and stretches to cover your needs. The back side sits high enough so not to show any crack and sits just in line with where your leg meets the cheek. That's not easy to do with bikini cut. Usually, it either cut to long and looks sloppy or cut to high and start to give a wedgy. I am a 34 waist and to be safe I said large. This was a good bet because they weren't overly tight or baggie. Just enough of each make for a comfortable pair of undies. No panty lines either which most guys don't worry about but if you are wearing tighter sweats some underwear tends to stand out. These sit flush enough to your skin to not show. There are 2 types of fabric. Modal and Micro Modal. Modal is silky cotton where Micro Modal is more like Speedo feel material. Modal has more stretch and give where Micro does to a point. I actually prefer the Micro to be honest. That Speedo feel is kind of hot. Either one you choose will give you the same presentation when you put them on. Now some wonder why on Earth would a man want such skimpy underwear? If you don't have that muscular cut body, then why would want to wear them? Simple answer. It's what it makes you feel like inside when you wear them. No one sees you in them but you and that's all that really matters. Guys at the gym usually don't pay attention. Spouse and significant others don't count either. That just goes without saying and they love you no matter what you wear. But when you decide to put on a pair of skimpy undies you get that rush of excitement of something that feels a bit taboo. So, if you ever thought about getting some and talked yourself out of it. Don't listen to that inner voice and just buy them. You may feel a little dorky at first but when you are at work and you remember you have on some slutty undies under your work attire, you tend to have a little bounce in your step. Also, the price of Avidlove can't be beat. 4 pairs for $20+ is not bad. You would pay twice that for 1 pair of Calvins. And if you decide that these just aren't for you, then you aren't out that much $$. Live a little, simple acts like these don't cost anything major.

I'm one of the few guys that never bought into the boxer briefs or boxer thing. I tried them, trunks too. They just didn't work for me. The couple times I did they bunched up under my 501's, got sweaty, had poor support and interfered with whatever sport or outdoor activity I was doing. I was a big fan of the Hanes bikini low rise briefs for many years, the version prior to this one. I had tried a bunch of other brands, and preferred Hanes. How sad it was when they were discontinued. Reluctantly I tried these. And to make the long story shorter, I prefer these now to the previous version. They breathe just as well if not better, have better support, and fit underneath whatever jeans, shorts, or slacks I happen to be wearing even better. The only complaint I have is the color selection, or lack of. The previous version had at least a little more interesting neutrals, and thankfully no red at all. Oh, and one out of 30 pairs had a small hole and bad sewing in the crotch area. Medium fits a 32-33" waist well with good coverage and they don't have a goofy pouch in front like some brands think it cool to over-exaggerate dangly stuff - there's enough to keep everything close, modest and where it's supposed to be. Like the previous version I wash them in warm water with other whites, and a small amount of bleach, then tumble dry on normal setting - they hold up well and don't fade or shrink.

Surprisingly comfortable for the price. Fits very well.

Fits perfect and stays in place, does not easily loose shape. The variety of colors is great. Great price and quality for underwear!

I was excited that I found what I was looking for as far as style. Unfortunately the quality is poor. They are tissue-paper thin. Very comfortable, but they won't last long. Perhaps buying another six-pack every few months is still a good bargain. I wore them and washed them one time and then they ripped while I was putting them on, on the side?

I can not find bikinis in store they are breathable why hubs likes them and they are good for quality and comfortable especially where he inside his slider all day long.
