I’ve tried quite a few bladder leakage pads over the years, and these Organyc pads are by far my favorite. The first thing I noticed is how soft and gentle they are — you can truly feel the difference with the 100% organic cotton, especially if you have sensitive skin. After trying many brands and almost giving up all hope I find these fabulous pads. Every good thing that everybody has said about these pads in these reviews I agree with wholeheartedly. I especially love how easy they are to open, how not jumbo they are, and how they don’t have flesh eating glue. I had to use glueBgone on my toilet seat to get rid of glue from another brand.😂. Thank you to the intelligent makers of this product, this time probably really made by a woman!

I don't know if they changed the product or if I got one of those fake products but the ones that came out of the package on the left I'm not allergic to and the ones out of this latest batch on the right I am reacting to. It has much stronger adhesive than the original ones in the packaging on the left, and I'm allergic to adhesive so even if they didn't change the ingredients that could do it to me. Also the pad is smaller. I reached out to the company by phone and email and they have not responded. I'm super sad about this. To those upset about the bunching and the adhesive not being strong enough, perhaps you'll be happy.

Update: I am reducing my review down to 1 star. These pads don't absorb and you sweat like mad in hot weather. It is like wearing a wet wash cloth between your legs. I cannot in good faith buy them. Pads are very comfortable. They seem short in length so order up a size. I feel they need more adhesive on the bottom a 4th strip. Width is perfect. Very soft. They are thicker than other pads which I like because I feel like I am protected against leaks. Great for that time of month too. I heard some women complain you see the pad when you wore it. You don't. If you can see your pads showing through your clothing your clothes are too small and you have a weight problem not a pad problem. Stop blaming manufacturers. Pads come in many sizes for all kinds of beautiful people.

Highly recommended, soft and comfortable

Unlike others I've tried, these pads are really unscented and do not irritate my skin. Some may consider them to be too wide & maybe prone to bunching, especially if they're active; I don't think that's an issue for those that might be somewhat sedentary like I am. But I do find them to be very short. That's ok during the day, but inadequate for overnight or occasionally having to briefly be on bedrest. Is an unscented, non-irritating pad in a length that can be worn comfortably during the day as well as provide adequate protection overnight too much to ask for? Guess I'll be spending more money to find out as I continue searching. Got a feeling thought that I'm probably going to end up getting pads in a thickness I don't need just to get the length that I want because a tight budget isn't buying "daytime" AND "nighttime" pads. Sigh.

These pads are excellent. Perfect length, perfect absorbency - Bravo!

pure cotton liners, no chemical interraction like regular liners. I used them for a surgery scar, and spray-coating with witch hazel =spray-added some relief for healing.Pads lasted well, compared to plastic variety usually found-in local stores.

I am allergic to Poise pads .... After wearing them 10 years! So I switched to these organic cotton pads... Instant relief!! They don't absorb as good but no allergic reaction I gave it a 3 star because they DO NOT stick to your underwear!!! Please add better adhesive... Also I only need 2 in wetness but a 2 is like a pantyliner.. so same as a 1 and/or a panty liners... 3 is too thick... Please change this!!! Otherwise I recommend... They are not full of chemicals and that is so important

Watch out for price increase. Too expensive in my opinion and Amazon wouldn’t let me return without paying over $7. Freight.
