Good flavor
What I didn't like was how you had to sprinkle each piece of meat with the mix. I was hoping for a wet brine procedure bc it's hard to judge if you're putting too much on an individual piece when you're sprinkling it on. All said and done it came out very flavorful and I would use it again.
