I love the lemon flavor, as well the orange but that is my preference. Bottled water strips necessary minerals out making electrolyte products a must have. This dissolves well if you put in bottled water and shake vs frother in glass of water. The natural flavors are good and I use 2 packets to help ensure I don't get muscle cramps. 100mg/packet vs 500mg in other brands....you choose (even if you don't have BP issues that's a lot of salt considering our food sources in the US). There's no texture unless you don't dissolve the product well. It is effective in helping hydration as well. I have a more detailed review under the orange 🍊 flavor if you prefer something more in depth. At $1/packet even if you use 2 like i do its still cheaper than a soda from the store. Buy the multi pack first to see if you have flavor preference then you can get single flavors if that is your desire. I have not tried tropical flavors but I have been using this for over a year.

I have purchased the lemon multiple times and I don't see myself stopping. Love the convenience of the pouches. I keep them at work and add one to my water in the morning. Delicious light lemon flavor and not overly sweet. Helps me stay hydrated!

I’ve spent the last few years trying different electrolyte drink mixes and wow, some of them taste horrible and like they have a whole bottle of salt in them. I first got the assorted individual sample pack so I could try different flavors but once I hit Lemon on the third try, I was in love. I bought two tubs of this since. It’s really tasty and not overwhelming but I know it gives me the minerals that I need. The price is much better than most as well.

I enjoy these hydration packets very much. I bought the assortment directly from Nectar, and then, my favorite, the lemon packets from Amazon. I didn't like the watermelon flavor.. but that is why I started with assortment so I could make sure nothing nauseated me. I would give it 5 stars but it takes a significant amount of shaking to get the powder totally dissolved..all the flavors have this issue. I like to drink the entire bottle during infusion. Now I am trying to drink one every day at home too. I have been shaking this one bottle of water for over 30 minutes and all of the powder is still not dissolved and this is the norm. There is always a clump or two, or a line of powder, that takes a long while to break down, if at all. Frankly I don't have the strength to continue shaking water bottles...but I really want to use this product. If Nectar Corp reads this I hope you can address the problem and fix it. It is otherwise a wonderful product. I absolutely feel better when I drink this during 2 hour infusions. Even the nurses tried shaking it for me to no avail. Powder remains at the bottom of the bottle. I assume that means I am not getting all of the goodness listed on the packet. Fix this and you definitely have a 5 star product!

These are the only electrolytes I will buy! I love that the flavor is more subtle than other brands. The lemon and strawberry lemonade are so good. I find when most brands say no sugar, they load it up with a ton of artificial sweeteners. Not the case with these! Perfect balance of ingredients. Highly recommend.

taste great, ease to mix

I dehydrate easily so I have to drink enough. Plain water gets boring. I have been diluting liquid iv for years but the sodium count is high plus sugar. I will not do artificial sweeteners. I read about nectar on line from a doctor review. Safe levels of sodium for daily use. No sugar - slight stevia but I can't taste it. I got the lemon and love it.

I like this better than some hydration products because I need less sodium.

It may not have sugar but it's very sweet.
